I had four bagels, 4 has browns, and 6 drinks, The person who took my order was really rude, they told me the order was big and told me to come inside even tho I told them I have three kids, one being a baby, the other two being children. The person taking my order was yelling at me so the manager came and apologized for them.

It's clear that “Kesrie” is not only skilled but passionate about her work. I can't say enough about the excellent experience ive been getting since 2022 the moment I walked in she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was attentive, took the time to make my drink exactly as I wanted. The coffee was absolutely perfect – rich, flavorful, and just right. I'll definitely be coming back for more and highly recommend this place for anyone in search of fantastic service!"

One of the very few Tim Hortons with nice cozy booths, large windows, clean restroom. Feels like this place is actually in North America, and not in some third world country. Will be visiting again. Customer service was polite, but can be better with more accommodativeness to customer requests (and by not charging 10 cents for a mere cup of water)!

Order an Bailey’s Boston cream and the staff didn’t understand what I said and had to repeat again then the staff heard smile cookie instead. And then again she punched in Boston cream. With that order I ordered hot chocolate and it was the worst hot chocolate I have ever drank it was watery. The only thing the hot chocolate had was hot water and little bit of chocolate powder and nothing else. It tasted water down.

The morning Drive Thru staff at this location, are bar none, the absolute best. I've been visiting this location for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their efficiency and friendliness. Ruvenie is one of the original employees who always greets her customers with a friendly smile and a quick hello. She's the face of this Tim Hortons!!!!
I come at this location multiple times sometimes drive thru or inside, but the location is getting worst day by day. Food was not even made properly because of their rush for drive thru and their manager keep on saying hurry up hurry up, not even caring about customer service at all. Please give customers priority first rather than pushing to drive up from the window.
