I have to go with 1 star but based on their customer service and egoistic interaction they deserve 0. They out here ruining Tim Hortons flexible culture making their own rules and on top of that they just talk to u like they just giving out free food. It was today’s case that we asked for extra chicken and rice in it ( just not too big of modification ) but that short height Indian guy acted like we asked for his personal food item to give to us. Note : We were OK to pay extra for the services but guess they donot want to work they way as authentic Tim Hortons work !!
So been there for the chicken bowl around 2.45pm and the guy at the drive thru was very egotistic and rude. Dont know how to handle the customer i think he’s new at this location . And he’s indian dont know his name but short height with big attitude. He thinks he’s so good at everythingg but he’s not just little guy with with attitude. Poor plus attitude not a good combination. So if you’re watching this just go home and try to increase your height.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Tim Hortons. I purchased an iced coffee, and because it was dark outside, I couldn’t see anything unusual at the time. When I came home and looked closely, I noticed small black particles floating at the bottom of the cup, which is extremely disturbing and unacceptable.
This raises serious concerns about cleanliness, hygiene, and quality control. Coffee is something people consume daily, and finding foreign particles in it is honestly disgusting and unsafe.
I expect much better from a brand like Tim Hortons. This experience has completely put me off, and I hope management takes this seriously to ensure proper cleaning and food safety standards are followed. I threw all the coffee so that i can clearly take picture of particles

I wanted to share the amazing and pleasant experience I had at this Tim Hortons on the evening of Monday, December 29th.
Alexa, provided excellent customer service, was pleasant to speak with and her smile was out of this world. Such a memorable experience. Alexa, embodies everything this world lacks in 2025. Thank you Alexa!!!

“Stupid Tim Hortons location”
Sorry guys I had made very big mistake I had supposed to give review for the Tim Hortons location that is in gateway terminal plaza(497 Main Street south) actually that’s the one I was talking bout so that bad review got nothing to do with you guys actually what happened is that I took Go transit from that plaza where that tims( 497 Main Street south) is located i really had very bad experience in the morning today so I was reviewing that location but I was on board with GO transit so I was moving from that plaza heading south on main st/ hurontario so i think when i decided to pickup the Tim location(bad one) i think as i was moving on the map i made a mistake or Google Maps had some kinda glitch that by mistake it had automatically choosed your tims location(yours is good) i really apologize for the confusion and for bad review for one day but i am making sure that as i am writing this review on your google map location this is the same review section i had typed in the morning but i had edited it so there wont be any confusion if you guys aint satisfied with this just lemme know i would do whatever ll be good for you and i again I apologize from the depth of my heart that you got nothing to do with that bad review in the beginning of this edited review i could say the difference between your location and the other one is like going from undeveloped village to take high end vacation trip to Switzerland that is all i could say in your location’s service and quality of food. I couldn’t even consider it a good match for a comparison you guys are too good as of em even these could count as two different aspects that they are really bad at everything and you guys are too good at everything i think i gotta visit you guys in the morning for our relationship’s sake

I ordered morning a grilled croissant with extra butter but they said tim is not doing it anymore, meanwhile other tim hortons doing it . Then why you guys disappointed customers .

I told twice to get VEG cilantro bowls. But I found it Chicken when reached home. I only asked for refund or new bowl. No body was sorry for what they did. I asked them if they should be sorry ? The girl made said arrogantly ‘Sorry’. Never seen such a truce customer service.

Very bad experience here beacuse there’s a one girl who doesn’t know how to treat customers nd the reason is that we ask her that we want to pay by cash nd when she go for to look for the change to give us back nd when she came back we said her that we can pay by card because one of my friend said i can pay by my debit card then we told her she was like no i have the change that’s fine like what’s this behavoiur she has to respect the customer’s decision
