I want to commend Sivajini for her great customer service at Tim Hortons last Thursday evening. She was welcoming, patient, and served with a smile. Employees like her make customers want to come back. Thank you, Sivajini!

“I highly recommend this Tim Hortons. Their customer service is excellent. I usually visit on weekend mornings, specifically on Sundays. The employee, Sivajini, is very kind and sweet. She always serves me with a smile and is very honest and dedicated to her job. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I am always impressed by their professionalism and exceptional customer service.”

I ordered hot chocolate for myself and my mother. It was not hot chocolate, but colored water. Because I'm a coffee drinker, I thought maybe that's how it is at Tim's, but the next day, out of curiosity, I bought hot chocolate again, from another location. It was thick and frothy.
Hands down the slowest Tim Hortons drive thru in Ontario. Everytime it's a 20 mins wait. They need to hire better workers, especially English speaking. The staff is always fighting within themselves because they can't get the order right.

Order from drive thru // first girl work today morning only give the drink and we had been told that's all of your order and she is ready to kick us away until another colleague came and give the bagel after few mins // then when we open the bagel both bagels are wrong order ( bagel with butter) // ordered with butter only but received with whole big square of cream cheese in the middle // drive back ask remake the girl ask us to get of the car into Tim only for the remake and it's their mistake // refused due to weather she took the bagel inside and finally she sent another staff (she is nice)came // but coincidentally? received exactly same bagel without any change same square cream cheese in the middle and another bagel get over toasted // back again for remake staff is nice give extra hash brown but no butter in the bagel // so they take the old bagel back and gave the food to the next customer but accidentally back to the same customer // shame for the staff working there don't know how to work missing order and ask client go in to store for their mistake. Also bigger bigger issue of food safety ‼️‼️ They give same food to the next customer
