The service was okay the drive through guy was normal but my food was terrible I had to dispose of it as it was inedible burnt and didn't have mayo also it was tasteless I'm beyond disappointed

Drive thru always have to wait for 15 minutes atleast. Nobody is there at drive thru counter to tell status of you order. You are just there waiting there and nobody comes and tell how much time is gonna take. It happens every time .and they take so much time to prepare your order

This Tim doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a soup on their app and when I came to pick up I was told that they already sold the last one..so unprofessional people not even an apology! Disgusting service. Bye bye and never again at this location.

I had the worst experience today at the drive thru. The lady was so focused on getting her drive thru timer right that she made me move up my car without giving me my drink.
I ordered an iced latte and when I arrived at the window, she handed me the machine without telling me the amount and then asked me to move my vehicle up. I was too stunned to question it. Not once, she made me move up 3 times so I’m away from the window and she can get her timer reset. Had to do a workout to get my drink. I asked for the receipt just for this review and proof.

Absolutely love my mornings at Tim Hortons! The ladies here are incredibly warm and efficient, making my coffee routine a joy. A special shoutout to my favorite person, Bhawana, who always serves up my coffee with a smile. She truly is my morning angel! Consistently great service and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Best BEST Tim Hortons location in brampton PERIOD. Clean... Great atmosphere... amazing staff... it has improved 10X in the last 3 months... this is the ONLY location I go to.... please keep up the good work!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons on June 14. I ordered a cold brew and a bagel, but there was a hair in my drink and the bagel was burnt. I raised a complaint (ticket #3905035) and shared pictures right away. I was told it would be taken seriously, but nothing was done. I even replied to their email again to ask what action had been taken, and Geordan from Guest Care never responded. It’s really disappointing to see this kind of hygiene issue and lack of follow-up

Like what is wrong with the staff. They don’t care about people at front counter everybody is focused on drive thru. They look at you and avoid you and mind their other work. Aren’t the front people paying customers? It’s not first time I often come here and always same attitude

I visit this Tim Hortons almost every morning, and Sukhveeri is the reason I keep coming back. She’s an absolute gem! From the moment I walk in, her warm smile and genuine “Good morning!” make the start of my day brighter. She remembers my usual order (medium double-double with a honey cruller) without me having to repeat it, and somehow it’s always ready faster than I expect—hot, fresh, and perfectly made.
What stands out most is her kindness under pressure. Even during the crazy 7 a.m. rush, she stays calm, polite, and attentive to every customer. Last week, I spilled half my coffee in the parking lot (total klutz moment), and without hesitation, Sukhveeri remade it for free with a reassuring “Accidents happen—no worries!” That small gesture turned a frustrating moment into a highlight of my day.
Sukhveeri doesn’t just serve coffee; she serves care. Tim Hortons is lucky to have her, and I’m lucky she’s part of my morning routine. Keep shining, Sukhveeri! ☕✨
