Drive-thru service is so terrible. When they are taking order, they don’t pay attention to you. They’re repeating wrong order what you just said. This isn’t the first time happened to me at this location. Highly recommend to avoid this place.

Store 4312 . Brilliant customer service being provided at this location by Bhavna, Mandeep & Samra they all are kind and friendly . best tim to visit In leisure time .
Little disappointed being a regular customer as the frequency of wrong orders is higher be it the quantity of breve or sugar in the coffee or dressing in my wrap. I would recommend more attention towards customer orders and customer service. Still love to be there anyways.

This is my FAVOURITE local Timmies! So much so that I'll go out of my way to return here even if we are right next to a different Timmies if we're craving some.
It's kept very clean, it's generally not too crowded, and most importantly, their food is consistently tasty. I like the way they make their farmer's wrap here the best (not especially oily, very even sauce, wrapped well). Most of the time when I visit other Tim Hortons locations, I'm often a bit disappointed that their food doesn't quite reach the standard that this place sets.

The customer service at this location is genuinely top notch—the best I’ve come across in the area. I want to mention a few people who make every visit a pleasure. Ramandeep is wonderful; she greets me with the warmest, friendliest smile, and as a regular, she knows my order by heart. Her kindness and professionalism make every day a little brighter! Jagdeep is equally attentive, acknowledging me and jumping right in to provide service. And if Sukh is at the drive-through, she’ll make sure someone’s ready to help as soon as I am up front. Honestly, the coffee even tastes better because they all care so much about their customers. I highly recommend this place, it’s a lovely experience every time!
