Worst tim to visit , drive thru always lined up , always have to wait for 20 minutes hit to get to window and then even after getting there , you end up with wrong order.
Staff is laughing and talking with each other, while the customer waiting outside.
If you guys do not customers , just put a board outside of people do not waste their time and money.

They closed the drive through using big bins and online they are accepting orders from the app. They are so annoying and the shit thing is i order from app they accept my order and said we will open at 6 when i reach there.

Went there today and Manager was trying to rip me off for $5. Bought a medium coffee and gave $20. Since i was talking to someone on the phone he thought I wouldn't notice.
Team members do not have any skills how to provide customer service . I face 2 times disrespectful behaviour and attitude looks from them . I worked for tim hortons for 5 years in canada and never treat customers like this . Teach some customer service skiils to the team please. If we don't know the prouncatation of the particular itema it doesn't mean they can joke and laugh at us . Its natural no one is perfect in any language
