Worst tim to visit , drive thru always lined up , always have to wait for 20 minutes hit to get to window and then even after getting there , you end up with wrong order. Staff is laughing and talking with each other, while the customer waiting outside.
If you guys do not customers , just put a board outside of people do not waste their time and money.

Team members do not have any skills how to provide customer service . I face 2 times disrespectful behaviour and attitude looks from them . I worked for tim hortons for 5 years in canada and never treat customers like this . Teach some customer service skiils to the team please. If we don't know the prouncatation of the particular itema it doesn't mean they can joke and laugh at us . Its natural no one is perfect in any language
