I typically come here a good couple times of week out of convenience. One of the worst locations on the Gore. No formal greetings on the drive through system nor at the window at pick up. Not sure if it's a cultural disconnect seeing the area is predomintely South Asian.. but back in the good old days, customer service front line works were polished, had manners and knew how to speak to the general public. Learn the basics of Customer-Interaction crew, Hello, how are you, thank you and have a great day.. it seems to be rocket science for this case.. Zero out of 5 stars!!!

My frequent in-person visits to this store are often handled by Kareen.
While busy, she always greets me with a friendly smile and pleasant demeanor.
Kareen generally anticipates my order, and guides me should I venture into other menu items - all done in an efficient manner.

Today my daughter had an accident breaking the cup they had on display I offered to pay damages but they refused they said I didn’t have to pay anything they provided great service thank you Tim Hortons and sorry
