I usually go to Tim Hortons twice a week I have visited this particular location twice, and both times the staff were rude to me The last time I went there, I ordered two drinks. I mistakenly ordered one of them incorrectly, and I apologized and politely asked if it could be changed since it was my mistake but the lady at the drive-through told me she could not change it because I had already confirmed the order. She spoke in a very rude tone. I still paid for the drinks and drove on, but I was very disappointed to find that the other drink was also made incorrectly. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
