This location is one of the best Tim Hortons. The staff is super friendly and always has a smile. I look forward to my drive thru every time on my way to work. Service is attentive, quick and so delightful. Thank you to the amazing staff for always getting my coffee perfect!

Dear Tim Hortons Team,

I recently visited the drive-thru at
8720 The Gore Rd, Brampton, ON L6P 0B1and had a disappointing experience. I attempted to use a survey coupon for an Extra Large French Vanilla, but the process was marred by the behavior of the staff member at the window.

After presenting the coupon, the staff member scanned my phone, which was set to "scan and pay." However, instead of processing the transaction smoothly, she began speaking to me in a rude tone, repeatedly stating that I should have informed her about the "scan and pay" option.

As someone who has worked in customer service, including two years at Tim Hortons, I was taken aback by her behavior. I believe that even if there was a miscommunication, it's essential to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Unfortunately, due to this experience, I ended up paying full price ($4) for my drink instead of the discounted price ($1) offered by the coupon.

To make matters worse, when I asked for the survey slips, she handed them over in a very rude manner, which further added to my disappointment.

I hope you will take my feedback seriously and provide additional training to your staff on the importance of excellent customer service.

I would’ve gave 5/5 ratings but that girl at the front who is supervisor i guess…NAVNEET KAUR…..m not sure abt the name is totally sick of her behaviour…..everytime this happens with me…..she is like who the hell are you …..she dont even call when the order is ready….n i remember once i was praising the girl working there naming RAMAN…..n NAVNEET came at the moment and asked raman to do some other work…..NAVNEET got jealous i guess that why someone is praising RAMAN….Raman is not my friend but the way she talks and takes order is fantastic…..but the girl name NAVNEET is too much….her attitude is omg!….i also remember once i gave coin to her for my coffee and she reacted so rudely….and i asked for review coupons and she again reacted rudely…you girl….you are getting paid for working here…everyone is stressed here…i understand that…but your behaviour towards customers is so unacceptable…..
Only because of you NAVNEET KAUR I AM GIVING NO RATINGS….
