The best Tim Hortons in the area for sure.
They have concern for time and service. They work hard and I appreciate it

Been here a few times before I left a review. Consistent slow service, nobody acknowledges you, lots of yelling (not in English so you don't know what's going on) behind the counter, poor customer service. Looks like nobody wants to be there, and no organization, pure chaos behind the counter.

Just when I thought Tim Hortons customer service couldn’t possibly sink lower… this location said, Hold my broom!

I stood at the register like an unpaid extra in a ghost movie. Eight staff buzzing around, yet somehow I was invisible. Not a nod, not eye contact...Nothing. Just pure invisibility mode.

The was one girl, broom in hand, hypnotized by the floor tiles like they held the secrets of the universe. Eventually, she disappeared to stash her broom and came at the register… she only stands there staring at the cashierdisplay as if she was watching a sad movie in there. Was she trained to interact with humans? Hard to say. Maybe she was having a rough day, maybe it was just bad manners, or maybe the dentist wired her teeth so tight she literally couldn’t speak. 🤷🏻‍♂️

When she finally picked up my pastries, I reminded her she’d just been sweeping. You know, dirt, dust, germs, basic stuff. She insisted she had washed her hands in the back. Oh, sure. The front has a big, shiny handwashing sink on display for customers, but she chose the invisible back sink. Totally believable. And totally not in under 10 seconds.

At that point, I gave up and asked another staff member to handle it, because broom-girl clearly wasn’t cut out for customer service—or food service—or honestly, any service that involves humans.

Bottom line: This location isn’t just lowering the bar, it’s digging a tunnel under it.
