I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences at this Tim Hortons drive-thru. The staff often act like they already know what I’m going to order just because I ordered the same thing on a previous day. For example, they’ll say things like “Two coffees again today?” or “Just one coffee today?” before I even tell them my order.

It feels embarrassing and unnecessary. A customer shouldn’t be made to feel judged or singled out just because they order something regularly. Every visit should start with the staff actually listening to what the customer wants that day, not assuming it. I hope the team can be more professional and focus on taking each order properly.

I think the point of going for drive through is to get your order faster and not to wait in same spot for 10 mins for 2 drinks . There was no one ahead of us , service could be better however drinks came out good

Fix your damn doors. 🤦🏻‍♂️ the washroom doors doesn’t lock. Imagine holding door in one hand and minding your business with the other 🤦🏻‍♂️. It’s a nightmare.

Zero stars to drive thru Services.. dmn slow.i took more than 20 mins to get a coffee. One car is taking 5 mins.what this explains I leave upto ur imagination.

I recently placed an order at this location by mistake while I was at work, but what really impressed me was the staff's initiative. The next morning, I stopped by just for a coffee, and they noticed that my previous order hadn't been picked up. Without asking any questions or needing an explanation, they kindly made my order for me. Impressive
