Lately, customer service at many Tim Hortons locations has been disappointing and this one is no exception most of the time. I’d say 9 out of 10 visits are marked by poor service. It’s common to arrive at the drive-thru window only to be ignored, as staff continue taking other orders without so much as a glance or a smile. That lack of acknowledgment really leaves a negative impression.

This location is one of the best Tim Hortons. The staff is super friendly and always has a smile. I look forward to my drive thru every time on my way to work. Service is attentive, quick and so delightful. Thank you to the amazing staff for always getting my coffee perfect!

Anna was at the service counter and her customer service was absolutely something I have not seen at a Tim's in years if not decades. She had a genuine smile and service at 9:50 pm.
