Tim Hortons needs to improve their service. Every time I visit, there’s no one at the front counter, and it takes way too long just to place an order. Staff seem disorganized or understaffed, and customers are left waiting without acknowledgment. It's frustrating, especially during busy hours. A faster and more attentive service would make a big difference. I hope they address this issue soon.

The coffee was not made good it was made in rush as well as in pizza the cheese was not there even I told them to add little crispy onions on top of that they denied and the behavioural environment was very rude I haven’t face this issue anywhere

I visited this place and tried to use bathroom and it was not clean. I asked staff about it and they said they will clean it. I waited until I drink my coffee probably 25 minutes after I went again to try to use bathroom and it’s still not clean.
