There are two pick up counters. One says mobile. The other says kiosk. I ordered from the app and selected Dine-In but never heard my name called. 10+ minutes later, I walked over to the kiosk pickup counter and found my order there.

This is not only my experience, I think everyone experienced this.The staff especially the punjabi girls (no racism or anything as I am a Punjabi too) they serve you the order like you are a begger asking for free food. Everytime i drive thru, approaching to the window I always says Hello/Hi , No response then they give you the order while their face towards the opposite side mostly chatting with the other staff , No response to your THANK YOU… Like you have a job in this hard time in Canada so please respect your job and respect the customer otherwise if it hurts your EGO to say Hello/thank you/welcome then please leave the job as there are so many people out there looking for jobs. You never feel like this at Starbucks, they always greet you with smile.This topic has been raised many times on radio shows and other media platforms but no improvement. I think Tim hortons senior management should look into this.
