The employees are always seen chatting around with friends leaving the work station causing a huge lineup. The washrooms are always not working which is weird and definitely an excuse to avoid washroom access. Please have a look into the operations if the owners really care about their store.

This girl (Jasnoor) was very nice and kind and made my drinks very fast and is hardworking give her a raise.
Tim Hortons needs to improve their service. Every time I visit, there’s no one at the front counter, and it takes way too long just to place an order. Staff seem disorganized or understaffed, and customers are left waiting without acknowledgment. It's frustrating, especially during busy hours. A faster and more attentive service would make a big difference. I hope they address this issue soon.

The coffee was not made good it was made in rush as well as in pizza the cheese was not there even I told them to add little crispy onions on top of that they denied and the behavioural environment was very rude I haven’t face this issue anywhere
