Most of the tim horton locations are lacking greetings to customers and you need to be lucky enough to get warm and fresh food accordingly.

Working on the road outside for the last two weeks (construction) We’ve been going every morning and the staff is good, pleasant and orders are right. Not the fastest Tim’s but it gets busy at times and that’s expected. No complaints.

This location is excellent at getting your order wrong. I am frequently asked at this location after I place my order at the drive through speaker, to leave the drive thru, circle the building and come through again so that they have extra time to prepare my order, when I’m the only customer in line.

Every time i bought coffee its taste was worse than previous one pls dont judge a customer from its ethinicity if i ordered a 3-3 than i should get 3-3 not more or less but i got like 3 cream but sugar was 4 or 5 times i came at your tim because its nearby at my work maybe someday i will stop coming bye

This tim hortons is getting worse day by day. You have to repeat your order thrice just to wait another 5 mins for them to brew tea everyday. I have been a regular customer since last 6 months but now I have decided not to go here anymore. Checking the other reviews, i don’t think management or owners could care less

The girls there were so rude . We were continuously trying to make our order but there were not listening to us . We don’t expect that kind of behavior in Tim because if they will greet us our mood will be good all the day .

I was at this Tim Hortons on Thursday around 2:30 pm. There were two girls working and chatting away at drive thru. I was waiting in front, there was another gentleman who was waiting ahead of me. The two girls continued talking to each other ignoring us. I eventually asked them should I come to drive thru to get my order, to which one of them replied to me asking me to wait. It looked as if they were more concerned about the drive thru time vs people waiting in front. Tim's has really lost the appreciation of their customers. I think it is time to switch to McDonald's or Starbucks

I irders food from the mobile app and store was out of stock with the items as always. I report on App and got no reply and when i call at Store on Sunday August 18 2024 at 8:16 AM girl picks up the call and is even not listening to what i say and shut the phone saying she is not free. Very Rude staff

The worst Tim's I have ever been to.
First the girl taking orders was new and completely abandoned by other staff, she couldn't hear anything- we had to yell through the partition several times.
She did not add egg bites to the order even though we asked several times.

The girl making the food was even worse. She told my mom several times the egg bites were coming. We waited 5 plus minutes and then we're told they weren't on the screen so we can't have them.

Would have been fine if we weren't made to wait for so long being told they were coming.

Asked to speak to a manager, she talked over me and did not listen to a single thing I said. Claimed we were lying about being told it's coming. She had a smug look at her face and her little partner who makes the food was also extremely smug

That location deserved less than one star. I have never had good service or food there. Staff is horrible.

It's a prime location for a Tim's being only 16min from the airport but it was very dirty when I went (the area and the working area). Not only that but the selection of items and was very slim and my donut was like a rock... Also when eating the wrap afterwards I had a massive stomach ache like dam
But if you look at it from the standards of other Tim's locations I'd say as of today it's not meeting the standards
