I ordered a bagel through mobile app pick up from : drive through by-mistake and i went inside store to pick up , the bagel was ready , the lady name Susan she said we can not give inside store , u would need to come to drive through only, i requested her next time i will make sure, still she refused to give inside the store and told me to come drive through.

Worst service ever recieved … i went in there waited at the desk to order for 10 mins … no one even cared to come and take the order … the representative even came to the desk I said hi , he didnt bother to greet neither did he take the order . It is just unacceptable

I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive one. Today, while I was there, I observed a concerning lack of personal hygiene practices that left me quite unsettled.

One of the staff members, a young woman, caught my attention as she was cleaning the surfaces with wet rags. What was alarming was that she wasn't wearing any gloves while handling the cleaning supplies, which is not only unhygienic but also potentially hazardous. It's essential for employees to protect themselves and customers from potential contamination, especially in a food service environment.

To make matters worse, after finishing her cleaning duties, she transitioned to taking orders and handling food without washing her hands. I watched in disbelief as she proceeded to pick up donuts and serve them to customers without any regard for basic hygiene practices.

This lack of attention to personal hygiene standards is not only unsanitary but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Customers trust that the food they purchase is prepared and handled with care, and such negligence undermines that trust entirely.

Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing due to the apparent disregard for basic hygiene practices. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of both their staff and customers.
