I usually have a good experience here everyone is nice and does their job properly I never have problems but this one employee in the morning Anu I believe her name is she’s older she is so rude and condescending I feel like she doesn’t belong in the customer service industry she should retire with that attitude and she seems so rude to her co workers as well from what I’ve noticed a couple times coming in while she’s there I feel bad for anyone working in the same shift as her she seems miserable and just plain horrible please AVOID coming here in the morning because you will definitely see her.

This is the best Tim’s I’ve been to. I stop here everyday before work. I’ve barely ever had to wait in line for more than 5 minutes because of how good the service is. The food is always perfect taste. One can not forget to mention the amazing customer service. Anu and Joanne are absolutely amazing. Hats off to their amazing customer service 👏
