I want to give a huge thank you to the amazing team at this Tim Hortons. Today, while we were going to the Timmie and at the entrance gate, my daughter suddenly vomited. I informed the staff, and the very first thing they asked was, “Is she okay?” That meant a lot.
There was an Indian girl at the front and a Punjabi guy (seemed Canadian-born) who both immediately stepped in to help without a second of hesitation. They were kind, calm, and went above and beyond to take care of the situation.
People often say that our community lacks customer service, but these two proved the complete opposite. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick support truly stood out.
Thank you to the whole team, you turned a stressful moment into a reminder that great people are out there doing their best every day. I truly appreciate your kindness. 🙏❤️

On 18 August we came through drive thru at 2.45 pm , back cash person (turban girl ) , learn some manners , you don’t know how to behave with customer , very rude , I asked for no ice and sugar , still there was ice in my drink
I visited today morning at this location and komalpreet serve me my steep tea. She did a amazing job.

This place has a flies pandemic for sure. Counted 10 flies on the tv screens at the same time at one point. I had to leave after 20 mins due to flies landing on legs and landing on the computer every few seconds. Did not see any flies on the Timbits or donut racks, but the chocolate that is used on some donuts that was sitting on the counter had some hovering over it. Sanitary levels at this location is third world levels.
