POTENTIAL SCAM ALERT! When ordering at the speaker I was asked how I was paying, thought this was strange but I said by VISA. When I got to the pickup window the woman said that the credit card machine wasn't working there but if it would be OK if she took my credit card and went to another machine and "tap pay" herself. Excuse me??? In this time of rampant credit card fraud do you really think that a customer should hand over a credit card to a random employee that could quickly snap a picture of the front and back of the card thereby having access to all the information needed (including the 3 digit verification code) to make purchases or transfer money from your account? The is absolutely unacceptable and there should be a clear Tim Hortons policy that would not permit employees to even suggest that someone should do this!
In the future if there truly is a problem with the window machine then tell the person that it's "cash only" or they need to come inside to order and pay.

Horrible Customer Service This morning, I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Tim Hortons location. I requested a simple croissant toasted with butter, but the employee refused to make it without any valid reason. When I tried to speak with the manager, I was appalled by her attitude. Instead of helping or resolving the issue, she was extremely rude and dismissive, even refusing my order entirely.
This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but clearly, customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. Avoid this place if you value good service.
