I had a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons location! The manager, Sue, was absolutely delightful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The quality of service was excellent from start to finish. I made a bulk order for coffee, hot chocolate, and Timbits and it was all freshly made and tasted great. This location definitely stands out with higher-than-average quality compared to other Tim Hortons I’ve visited. I will gladly revisit, knowing I’ll be welcomed and well-catered to.

Worst Tim Hortons in the history of Tim Hortons. Horrible service, employees have 0 customer service, don’t know how to talk. Show attitude like they run the world. Instead of brewing you a new pot of tea, they will tell you they don’t have it so you chose something else. Then when you say you will wait they lie again and say it will take 8-10 minutes. Upper management needs to come check this place and give it a revamp.

I ordered crispy chicken wrap and chicken is not cooked and still frozen. I have to throw the wrap. I am very disappointed

For this location we arrived first on drive through. We even said Hello but no response. Then the other car came on the second drive through they helped him first. Then they helped us after.

Placed order for Jalapeño bagel toasted with butter and Herb and garlic cream cheese.. what I got is bagel with butter...Also they are always in hurry. They won't let you put the hot coffee cup in coffee holder and keep rushing. Also They lady was like "next order in line" dude like calm down... surely lost a customer....
