I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered just two teas, but my experience was disappointing. The staff member who took my order, Rajwinder, was not polite and her attitude felt rude. On top of that, it took a very long time to prepare only two teas. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service during this visit and hope it improves in the future.

The employees who are making your food, drinks etc are awful they had me standing in line for over 30 minutes for a vanilla ice cap and a Boston donut. The frozen beverage machine was broken, did not inform anyone, and ignored me, walked away when I was trying to inquire about my order. When I finally got to ask an employee she turn to another employee, mumbled something to her. Afterwards, she said “the ice cap machine is not working” I asked for my Boston donut she gave it to me, did not tell me about my refund or anything I had to ask. What employee are you guys hiring?? They have zero communication skills.
