This review is for Lyra. 💖 Tonight she served us at the drive thru, and it was like a breath of fresh air. She greeted us with a smile and made sure our order came through. On point with the teas and not only that, I ordered 2 herb and garlic cream cheese pastries and she didn’t hesitate to heat them up. I was surprised I got them warm, I didn’t even have to ask. This usually doesn’t happen to me, so it definitely caught me off guard and I had to leave a review. Great service, overall satisfied with my order. Thank you Lyra 🙏🏻☺️

Very bad experience today, I ordered coffee with potato vegies and the vegies is really bad as it looks stale and very bad taste as well and not even coked properly. Very disappointed!

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Shafqat. From the moment I walked in, Shafqat greeted me with a warm smile and ensured my order was taken efficiently and accurately.
The coffee was fresh, my food was perfectly prepared, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Shafqat’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. It's clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers.
I highly recommend this Tim Hortons location, and I want to give a special shoutout to Shafqat for their professionalism and excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

Have to wait 25 min to get the order on drive thru and even on counter . Very bad experience and they don’t stir sugar and if you order extra tea bag never got it . 😡😡
