This Tim Hortons’s location in Brampton is one of the best, thanks largely to its exceptional staff. The front desk employee, Gursimran, is so humble and courteous that I find myself visiting quite often. The manager, Sachin, is also very polite and understanding. When I had an issue, they listened attentively and resolved it promptly.

I have gone to this location many times and for some reason when it deer cheese tea biscuits they never or rarely have them. Why have product on your menu if you rarely have them when ordering. Also, this morning I went and ordered cheese tea biscuits which they did not have…shocker… so I instead ordered a butter croissant heated with butter. I saw on the screen she had entered grilled which I corrected her and also ordered a small ice Capp and she entered a medium cappuccino…do people not listen. Get my order and my croissant is grilled….no more going to this sad location. Cannot even get two items correct!!!
