I am not happy with the lady employee that served us at the counter today Aug 24, Sunday. I ask her name but didn’t answer even their co-worker didn’t gave me either but I’ve learned that it’s their supervisor. She’s rude and even yelled at us. We only ask for which coffee was in the counter because it’s not mark and she even said that it’s our first time in their location. We’ve been customers there for more than 10 years and always go there every Sunday. This employee should be trained how to deal with customer. Not recommended right now this Tim Hortons location. Will find another location for now. Poor customer service including some their employee as well who defend their rude co worker.

I came today at this Tim Hortons ordered a brown sugar iced latte with Ryan’s box. That’s really yummy. I was confused with the name the staff was patient and helped me get what I wanted. They even helped me make a combo and use offers in my Tim’s app. Special mention to Katia and Musksn for helping me.😍

I have been a loyal customer of this location for 13 years. I think my family and I spend quite a bit per day and NEVER ever had a bad experience even when the drive-through is busy you get to the window you’re greeted with a smile. I can honestly say I’ve been to a few other Tim Hortons locations, and the service has not been top-notch compared to this location. It actually comes to a point where they become family big shout out to the dayshift Employees: Zeny Ramen Wendy, Kim, Elijah and Ronaldo… and I cannot forget the afternoon evening shift Harman NAVDEEP Kaur Aaron MEHAK Deepa and Harpreet! Sorry if I left anybody out, but these individuals are the ones that I deal with and I see on a regular basisNo matter what the reviews are on here I’ve seen all of your Hard work and dedication !! thank you for everything you guys do as far as I concern these two teams are the best in the Tim Hortons franchise your Forever customer Corey and Framily

Tim Hortons is my go-to spot when I need a cozy place to get some work done or catch up with friends. The atmosphere is relaxed, the coffee is always fresh, and the free Wi-Fi is a bonus. Staff are friendly and the seating is comfortable. Great vibes all around!
