One of the worst Tim Hortons locations I have ever been to. I am never coming here ever again. When someone was speaking Punjabi here, the staff was nice and giving orders quickly. When someone started speaking English, they gave major attitude, taking their time talking at the back.

We had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. We waited in line for over 10 minutes just to order a single cup of coffee, and there was only one customer in front of us.
During that time, several staff members were behind the counter talking to each other and appeared occupied with something else. I completely understand that things can get busy, and I’m always patient when that’s the case. However, what was frustrating was the complete lack of acknowledgment. Not a single “We’ll be with you shortly.” No eye contact. Nothing.
Customer service starts with basic courtesy. Even a brief acknowledgment goes a long way in making customers feel seen and respected. Hopefully this location can improve on that.

Huge thank you to Tim Hortons (8160 Dixie Rd), Sachin and their wonderful staff for inviting Special Olympics athletes for the Special Olympics Donut campaign. The boys had an amazing time and so much fun making donuts, enjoyed a behind the scenes tour, and felt special and included. Thank you for making this experience so memorable.

I placed an online order at 10:36 AM with a 20-minute pickup window and selected drive-thru pickup. I arrived at 11:10 AM, but the staff said they couldn’t find my order due to a “system issue.”
Even though I chose drive-thru, they asked me to park and come inside because other cars behind me couldn’t wait. Once inside, no one had a clear answer, and the order still hadn’t been made. When it was finally prepared, it wasn’t even completed properly.
I was later told I would have to come back to the store for a refund or replacement, which is unreasonable. Customers shouldn’t be inconvenienced or asked to go back and forth because of internal system or employee issues. Very disappointing experience.

Very bad and rude behaviour.. i went there to pick up my order first she said it will take 15 mins but ended up with waiting for more than half an hour. She could have said that politely i wish i could give them zero star

With all the people working here, it took forever to get someone's attention to take an order. Staff just kept walking by and ignoring the long line up. It was truly astounding. When I finally got someone's attention they had to go and find someone else who could place the order. The whole line up was loud and complaining but they didn't care, or move with any urgency. The priority was solely on the drive through. Not impressed at all. Would never come back to dine in.
