I have to say that this would probably be my best and most favourite experience with Tim Hortons. Galaxy was such a jolly person and her customer service was top notch. The shop was out of croissant and she went above and beyond to explain and suggest me all the other options available as a substitute. She welcomed me with a smile, amazing experience 😊

Be honest... Galaxy and Harpreet Kour known for their warm & friendly customer greetings, excellent service and consistent punctuality. Secondly their way of communication was amazing and both are well disciplined.

Horrible service today at 8:30am. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru that even the hummer behind me jumped the curb to get out of the non moving drive-thru. Insane

I always have wonderful experience at this tim hortons. The food is good and the staff is too good. Also the customer services provided by Neerali and Galaxy is amazing. They both are so kind and helpful.Definitely had a good time visiting there.

0 Star — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER
I had the worst experience at this Tim Hortons location a few days ago. I placed a mobile order for a Vanilla Cold Brew and a donut, but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have cold brew. Instead of offering a proper solution, the staff simply said, “We’ll give you a coffee instead.” I told them I specifically ordered cold brew, not coffee, and asked them to either cancel the order or refund my money.
Then they said, “We’ll give you one more donut with the coffee,” so I agreed only on that condition. But once they made the coffee, they refused to give me the extra donut and instead offered just one Timbit. I was completely misled.
When I reminded them of the agreement, the staff members began raising their voices specifically the girl in picture and were incredibly rude. The workers had no professionalism at all — no basic courtesy, no communication skills, and definitely no customer service training.
Tim Hortons needs to seriously retrain the staff and management at this location. Their attitude and behavior are completely unacceptable. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated.
I will never return to this location again, and honestly, I never want to see that worker face again. Tim Hortons, do better.
They cant get anything right. Sukhjeet girl is super rude, needs to get fired.
Your staff don’t the mean of hot it up i just take a herb and garlic pastry and i said do hot is up and she put in microwave but don’t trun on the microwave…
