Extremely disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. Yesterday they told me their latte machine was ‘under cleaning’, and today they say it’s not working at all. How can a place known for coffee not have a functioning latte machine two days in a row? Totally unacceptable and shows poor management. I came here specifically for a latte and left frustrated again. This used to be my go-to spot, but clearly, they don’t care about customers anymore. Very disappointing experience.

Guy with slight moustache and beard in evening at 8:30pm was without his uniform. He dont know how to speak with customer and bang the chicken wrap in table. Rude Service. Its not your home country dude.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location today. I placed a drive-thru order for a French Vanilla, and the employee took my order without any issue. However, when I got to the pickup window, she abruptly told me that the machine was under maintenance and refused to provide the drink—something that should’ve been communicated earlier.
I then ordered something else, but the new order was not billed correctly, causing further delay. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes at the counter while they sorted it out. The service was careless and unprofessional, with a complete lack of basic customer service skills.
Very disappointed with how the situation was handled. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff better to avoid such situations in the future.

It is very difficult to communicate with the employee's of your drive through in Brampton it sometimes takes 2 or 3 times to give your order before they understand you .

Nice Tim Hortons Branch available at Queen and Hwy 410 Brampton. Quick Service. Store was maintained neatly and organized well.
