Horrible experience I went two times to correct my order because the coffee tasted burnt, And I asked for light butter double toasted and they failed that too. When I finally get the item I could squeezed the butter out of the bread of how much was on it after telling them light on the butter, it was horrible but I couldn’t be bothered anymore to go back in at this point I’m totally disgusted .
Not sure why such an easy job is not done correctly and most importantly with pleasure . Customer service is a skill, if you don’t have it walk away from it.

Went in and ordered a steep tea double double, and it was watery. Went back in and asked nicely because I’ve worked in fast food myself and understand mistakes can be made and the lady takes my cup, pours the tea out and rinses and reuses that same cup. Is that not disgusting? Why are you rinsing the cup? I then called her out and her coworker said something in their language and then she uses a new cup to remake my tea. What is this? Poor service and I’m just honestly upset.

I placed a mobile order for an egg and cheese sandwich on my birthday, hoping for a quick and smooth pickup. I selected “order now,” but ended up waiting about 15 minutes before checking at the counter. I was told my order was still “getting ready,” and even after that, I had to wait another 10 minutes.

It was disappointing to deal with such a long delay, especially on a day I hoped would start off a little nicer. I really hope the store can improve their mobile order timing and communication so future visits — especially on special days — go a lot better.

I recently visited this Tim Hortons with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We intended to grab coffee after using the restroom, but the washroom was locked. When we inquired, a punjabi girl who was working there dismissive and rudely told us it was out of order. However, as we were leaving, we saw another customer ask for the washroom key, and she unlocked it for them. This inconsistent treatment was really off-putting, and it made us feel unwelcome. Hopefully, management can address this issue to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

Extremely disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. Yesterday they told me their latte machine was ‘under cleaning’, and today they say it’s not working at all. How can a place known for coffee not have a functioning latte machine two days in a row? Totally unacceptable and shows poor management. I came here specifically for a latte and left frustrated again. This used to be my go-to spot, but clearly, they don’t care about customers anymore. Very disappointing experience.
