Today I visited this place and give order . Just after giving order i asking for waiting time in very good behaviour but the emloyee response very rudely. I don't why she behave like this even on very simple question. I was not told her give me my order fast or anything else. So overall very bad experience and not recommended.

I just been to this store during my travel from ontario to other destination and while in store I had ordered for some items in addition to TIM goodies wherein to my suprise the staff at the cashier easily says come tomorrow as they don't have the key for shelf. I wonder how come someone easily ask a customer to visit another day without knowing their location and also when they intend to buy a tim goodies such as key chain out of loyalty for the brand. The team at this branch must be trained to respond to customer requests whilst branch in charge should ensure key availability.

I ordered small steeped tea triple triple but they doesn’t mix sugar properly. As well as I ordered a plain croissant grilled with hashbrown, lettuce, cucumber & tomato mix, chipotle but they didn’t put hashbrown inside the croissant and didn’t grilled the croissant. It was worst experience ever.

The lady who was taking my order for a sprinkle vanilla donut for my toddler suddenly decided to give it to someone else and my toddler had a meltdown 😭 She had her heart set on that donut the second we got in and was so let down.
Absolutely heartless staff!
