It really depends on the time of day you go, A few staff members are super friendly and get the orders right the first time. Others, not so much. The biggest problem with this location is the collection of homeless people hanging out there every morning. (Not anyone's fault, I know.) But it's very frustrating - and sometimes a bit scary - going in and being asked for change by the same people every day. People smoking right at the entrance makes the whole place smell awful. Seen more than a few fights as well.

Worst customer service. Avoid this tim hortons. Specially if you are dealing with Sahib. Ignore this guy for sure, or else you will regret it. I asked him to add some extra seasoning on the flat bread pizza and see the image that shows what he served. He took around 15 mins and pizza was still not properly cooked.

Staff might be short, working under pressure or rude. I don't know but i didn't get that feel. Like i got at many other locations. I just don't blame staff, but it doesn't even mean they are good enough. That's the thing which you need to figure it out. Probably only with me, like people from my own community aren't friendly with their own people. Specially Tim staff. That's the truth. I will edit it when you review. Cause i don't want to leave a bad review.

Wrost washroom, i have ever seen. No cleaning, tissues & water on floor. It’s very hard to take breath inside washroom. On the entrace of tim , there are so many drug addictives.

This tim hortons I am being visiting from last year . Everyday I do a visit in the early mornings but today I went there in the noon time. Ive ordered a tea and two different foods . The girl she gave me order in my hands when I asked for a bag she told me we dnt have bags . If Ive to carry my food to my home while walking so Ive to hold my three packages and one tea in my hands . Rude behaviour wss there , IDK if they are tired or what . There was a delievery bag there on the desk and I asked for the same bag she said its only for delieveries .
Tim hortons morning staff is good but not that noon . Learn to give replies with respect you are here to serve people .
