Unfortunately had multiple issues in my recent couple of visits which need to be addressed more carefully.Mobile orders: After they used to place them on an outside pickup counter, they begun placing them on an inside staff-only counter. I wasn't aware of this change and kept waiting 15+ minutes for my order. There is no easy way to bring the staff attention to it.Missing items: More than once the app shows me an item available at this location, to find out after placing the order it's not available. What's the point of using the app then?Wrong order: Received completely different order of lesser value, and didn't find out until I was home.

This location is the worst I've ever seen. For starters the only two employees that do their jobs well are Lydia and Jan. Another lady named Pam is always on cash but literally never gets the orders right because instead of listening she's talking to other coworkers while you make your order.Sandwiches and drinks get made incorrectly all the time with almost no consistency and the place "stinks". I don't mean "stinks" as in it's bad I mean it smells like rank body odor all the time. And to top it all off when they get orders wrong they try offering replacements of less value to avoid refunding. No matter how many times I've complained to the manager nothing changes.Edit: The link you provided in your reply to this review is broken. It just opens the Tim's app to the homescreen and doesn't take you anywhere to fill out any form. Tim Hortons really needs to step up their game as you are failing your customers. Your app is also garbage, slow, buggy, and forgets payment information for the scan and pay repeatedly requiring me to fill it back out over and over. Your cups all leak, your digital roll up the rim has ruined the experience for everyone, and your employees have little to no care about doing their jobs effectively. This location specifically is terrible and needs better management ?I just ordered a fruit explosion muffin this morning and got blueberry, and they also forgot to make my son's iced capp for 10 minutes while they served other customers. Ridiculous!

Why of why do your staff pick pastries with a piece of tissue. Unprofessional! Every bakery use thongs or big tweezers to pick ? or donuts ?. Staff collect cash with their hand and without gloves they pick the pastries? How is it that no supervisor see this as a mistake? ???????

The service was very bad i went to the restaurant on Tuesday January 6 at 6:40 pm.I ordered a french vanilla can and a reusable hot cup but the staff instead of saying that sorry sir we don’t have it in stock. They yell on me and talked rudely and told me. We don’t have this come in early morning why should i go there early morning when the item is still present in front of my eyes. I also work at Walmart store I don’t expect my customers to be treated like this.Very Unexpected.

So this place is disgusting. The second you enter the parking lot, you'll see a man standing at ur window with an empty cup, shaking it, and expecting change. As you walk in, there's a big stench and the workers have a disgusting attitude towards you. The timbits are stale, possibly days old. Its pathetic.

I ordered a bacon cheese melt and a Cafe mocha. I got the 2 smallest slices out of the loaf of bread. Tasted fantastic but other times the sandwich barely fit in the wrapper. Please, be more aware of ingredients.

TERRIBLE!!! Ordered a small decaf tea but got small decaf coffee. Asked to change and very rude South Asian woman argued instead of just making a small damn tea which cost then cents. Disrespectful customer service. Will not come back.

Walked in to this Tim Hortons and ordered half DD and half FV.They gave me the wrong order and when I requested them to change, they very rudely said that you doesn’t know how and what to order.Very unprofessional behaviour of the sadaf, one of the team members.
