I ordered Tim Hortons through Uber Eats and one of my items was missing. I gave the store a quick call and they were honestly so nice about it. They fixed the issue right away with zero hassle. Really appreciated how helpful they were! And as always, the food was great.

After a few years, I visited this location again for coffee and to use the washroom. When I entered the store, I tried to use the washroom, but someone was inside, so I waited. Then I saw one of the employees coming out of the washroom. I was shocked because she was wearing gloves and holding her phone in her hand. Right after that, she went inside and started serving customers . Management needs to be aware of this.After I used the washroom and tried to place my order, the same employee was working at the cashier. Another issue I noticed was that almost all the employees were speaking in their own language (Hindi/Punjabi). Only one girl, who seemed to be Filipino, was not speaking their language. These girls were talking loudly in their language and constantly giving her orders. I could feel how uncomfortable she must have been, since she didn’t understand them. I speak and understand Hindi, so I know what they were saying.Management should check the cameras and provide proper training. In a workplace, everyone should communicate in a common language, and professional behavior must be maintained. This is Canada, and the work environment should be respectful and inclusive for everyone.

I'm a Vegetarian and I ordered a veg habanero wrap and said 'Veg' twice, but these people gave me a chicken wrap, really unhappy and I don't expect these kind of mistakes from a Tim Hortons...please look forward to it and make sure that people working there atleast understand basic english. Thanks.
