I recently visited this Tim Hortons, and my experience with one of the employees, Rajveer (not sure of the spelling), was incredibly disappointing. She was showing unnecessary attitude for no apparent reason, which made the whole interaction unpleasant. Honestly, nobody appreciates such behavior, especially when other employees at this location are far more polite and professional. If she’s unhappy with her job, it’s no reason to treat customers poorly. Tim Hortons should...

The employees have a disconnect about ice coffee if it should come with cane syrup by default. I order ice coffee from here like 4 days a week. 50% of the times its sweet n at others no sweetness at all. This happens irrespective if I add espresso form or not. I hope an emplyee reads this and calibrates amongst themselves. I gave 4 stars to give this sm traction.

I did not notice that little smile when I received my coffee but My Gosh that little smile made my day. I received my coffee around 7.35ish pm, whoever did it, thank you so much and yes it tastes really good as well.
