Around 2-5 am in the morning, there's a girl at the drive-thru window where I usually get black coffee. She's very pretty and has a great way of speaking, but I don't know her name. Appreiciate 🙌

We regularly experience issues with item availability. Almost every time we visit for breakfast, many of the items we want to order are out of stock. This makes the customer experience disappointing and unpredictable. And the bagel was cold that was the horrible morning i ever had. Never come back to this location again.

The washroom was clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked with essentials like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. The lighting was good, and the space felt hygienic and safe. Pleasant scent and modern fixtures added to the overall positive experience. Would recommend for both comfort and cleanliness.

I stopped by this location around 11 PM. The dine-in was closed (as expected, since it closes at 10 PM), so I walked up to the drive-thru window because I drive a truck that physically can’t fit through their drive-thru lanes.

Even though I politely let the staff know I was there and waiting to order, they completely ignored me and kept taking new orders from cars behind me. Several customers in vehicles even informed staff that I was waiting, but they still refused to acknowledge me.

What’s frustrating is that the restaurant has a system option (“break-in”) specifically for walk-up customers like myself, and policy allows for walk-ups but they chose not to follow it.

After standing there for 20–25 minutes with zero response, I had no choice but to leave without ordering. This was just poor service, Very disappointing.

Hii i went in the early morning i got wrong tea nd a boy came to me he speaks very rude to me nd get him trained about the customer service. We paid our stuffs nd you do not give us the things free for your kind information nd please hired educated staff instead of nonsenses thnk you so much

I would have given zero stars if I could. I mean I also work in the food industry and I know how to behave with the customers even if they are right or wrong. I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff here mainly the guy works here. They don’t know how to accept their mistake and how to talk nicely with the customers. Tim Hortons definitely needs to train their employees about basic etiquettes or change them with some respectable staff.
