This location is a disaster, took 10 mins to get order after placing in store order for bagel and coffee. All customers were frustrated waiting for order which was taking insane amount of time and when arrived something was missing or it was incorrect and there were 7 employees working. Ridiculous this brand is going downhill.

This located has greatly improved after its renovation. The place is well maintained and kept clean. Staff is friendly but the dine in service is usually a little slow. Prefer to drive thru which is usually quicker.

I was given a chili bowl with buns. Unfortunately, the lady gave me hard butter for my buns. She argued with me that I have to take it and there is nothing she can do about it. I’m very disappointed with this attitude because I had no problem before with getting soft butter so I could butter my bread.

This Tim's location is a trainwreck for drive-thru. It's the only spot where I'm told to sit at the speaker forever while they try to work some messed-up timing game—like they think they're fooling me. But no, they’re just wasting my time. Every. Single. Time.

Today? Same nonsense. Ordered two iced caps, got the classic "wait a second" line. Five minutes later, I'm still stuck there, asking what the hold-up is. And they’re like, "Oh, I told you your order already, right?" Seriously? By then, my drinks were already at the window but not even mixed right because they rushed it.

Hey, here’s a tip, Tim’s: focus on quality and customer service. Stop worrying about whatever numbers you're trying to hit, 'cause you're just driving people away with this game.

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to poor customer service. The cashier had attitude and was rude, dismissive, and showed a clear lack of courtesy. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Zero customer service.
