I recently visited this place and was really disappointed with the condition of the men’s washroom. It was filthy, poorly maintained, and not cleaned regularly. A business should provide a clean and hygienic washroom for customers, but unfortunately this location did not meet even basic standards.
I hope the management pays attention and improves the cleanliness, because the rest of the service was fine, but the washroom experience was very unpleasant.

Worst experience with the brown lady that works nights. Doesn't matter if you go to the drive thru or walk in, her attitude remains the same. Nasty like their sticky floors. Only willing to serve men but isn't aware she's working at the wrong establishment. Watch me wear a body camera from now on. You guys need a lawsuit!

I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in over a few years, today I decided to grab a sandwich … customer service and food quality have gone downhill!! I will not be visiting this location again!! Very sad 😢 to see what’s happened to this franchise.
