Edited my review, as my previous review was regarding Tim's in Meadowdale Town centre. Tim's is the best any location in any center. I love its new Nutella croissant and doughnuts. And pumpkin spice is back again! No comments on customer service - don't think you can grab a coffee on the go, be prepared to wait for 15 minutes for anything as always there's a queue.

A worker named "Jessica" expressed her annoyance at a grieving family, Saying "they should go somewhere else out of the food court." Everytime I see this person working, they seem like they don't want to be working.

Everyday for the last 4 weeks I would go to the tim Hortons for break as I'm doing a construction project inside the hospital,,, ALL the staff is very rude, and not in any hurry what so ever!!!,, it takes them 13 -17 minutes to hand me over a coffee and a sandwich, I wouldn't suggest this tim Hortons to anyone and hope something is done about the service and customer service at this place,,,, TIME WILL TELL?!!

There were so many food flies on the food. When staff were asked about it, they behaved so rudely and the girl was working there said I don’t care. we can’t do anything about it.
