This Tim Hortons only survives because it is in a hospital and employees and patients have no other option.

Their conduct is abhorrent. They are selling products on their app that are unavailable and declining to refund at the time.

Tells customers to come back on a weekday to try and find a manager. When pushed for a cash refund they take currency from their waste drawer (ripped, un-useable currency, non-Canadian coins). Finally when challenged they provide a refund using Canadian currency. This may be acceptable in other countries but certainly is not within Canadian business practices and this episode will be reported. Buyer be aware

I had a really disappointing experience at Tim Hortons … I went there last week . I ordered a steeped tea double-double, but it had no sugar at all and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The tea was barely warm and definitely not fresh. The employee serving me also had an AirPod in her ear the entire time, which made it feel like she wasn’t paying attention or interested in customer service. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this visit was very frustrating and not up to their usual standards. The management team should train there employees about customer service standards.

I had a really disappointing experience with Arsh today. I ordered a Protein Latte with sugar-free vanilla syrup, but he made a Protein Iced Latte instead. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of listening or trying to fix it, he started arguing and insisted that I had asked for iced — which I definitely did not. This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of customer service sense. Mistakes can happen, but arguing with a customer instead of resolving the issue is unacceptable

I got disappointed to see that an employee was making fun about coffee because i was ordering it with 3 times sugar, it’s alright if somebody has sweet-tooth. It’s been my favourite drink from last couple of years but nobody says ridiculous things like this before. At least respect customers rather than insulting them on their face.

Worst possible store ever.
Staff tries to be sarcastic for no reason.
They don't get any coffee right most of the times regardless what time of the day you go.
I hope they shut this location or replace the staff with some actual trained people.

This feedback is especially for Arnish kaur, who was working at tiny Tim’s location in Brampton Civic near emergency entrance, she greeted my family very generously with great attitude, explained very well about some questions we had for food menu, she deserves a raise and round of applause. 💎

This restaurant is located in the cafeteria of Brampton Civic Hospital and is almost always crazy busy!!! Somehow the staff manage to get everyone taken care eventually through the craziness. Lunchtime appears to be the worst - however on multiple occasions I have personally witnessed one individual display great leadership and take control of the flow of sandwiches and food to clear up lines of hungry people! Jessica is amazing behind the counter at making sure the right food is made and delivered to the right customer. She provides direction to other staff in a very calm manner that displays what a great leader would possess for success. Her manners, professionalism and attitude behind the counter are a great attribute and example for a busy location like this to have!

I want to request tim hortons to serve clean food.I saw flies on the food on counter. Its specially in a hospital.Strict actions are required.Everyone should wear gloves and serving non veg with same is not acceptable.I dont know about that but its high time to serve food with care.Thankyou.

Excellent service provided at this location, the food is always good quality. I believe the gentleman named Gurveer who works at the emergency is very kind and friendly!

The service was quick, the coffee was hot and fresh, and everything was made just right. A big shoutout to Gurveer Guro, he was super friendly and made the whole experience a lot better with their great attitude and attention to detail. The location was clean and had a chill vibe. Definitely coming back. Keep it up!
