I visit this location three days a week and typically order coffee, tea, or French vanilla. Unfortunately, the quality of these beverages has been consistently disappointing, and I feel like the owner may be taking advantage of the limited options available at this location, allowing subpar drinks to be served.
Here are the main issues I've encountered:
1. Repetitive Questions About Milk, Cream, and Sugar: Every time I order, I’m asked repeatedly about my milk/cream and sugar preferences. I suggest they check the order description ahead of time to avoid these unnecessary questions and delays.
2. Long Wait Times, Even with Online Orders: Despite ordering online, I still have to wait several minutes to pick up my drinks, even when there’s no significant queue. This is frustrating and wastes time.
3. Temperature and Freshness: A hot drink should be enjoyed for its warmth, but the coffee and tea here are rarely hot enough, and they lack freshness. I’ve tried ordering at various times throughout the day—9:45 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, and 4:00 PM—but the quality has not improved.
4. French Vanilla Issue: I understand that tea and coffee require a proper blend of ingredients, but the French vanilla is processed entirely by machine. I’m baffled as to how this drink, which should be consistent and easy to prepare, is coming out wrong every time.
Overall, this location needs significant improvements in the quality, temperature, and consistency of its hot beverages. As a regular customer, I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously and works to raise the standard of service and product.

I love coming to this tim hortons when Sasi is working!! I have never had a problem with her taking or making my order and it doesn't matter what I order, Sasi is going to make it with love and MAKE SURE I like it before leaving tim hortons. If you ever order from here, ask Sasi to prepare your order and it will be worth every penny you spend. THANK YOU SASI!!!!

Often saying they don't have ice for iced coffee, forgetting something in the order or today, ordered a tiramisu coffee and they didn't even put in the tiramisu flavoring

the give burnt coffee and not responding to query properly when you use drive thru. in addition when you ask they wont response

They are very rude. I was going every day of week during lunch break from office and have same order every day. The guy says to the other girl after taking my order “ohooo she have same order every day she even can’t change the order”. They were talking in front of me like I will don’t understand it. So I what that’s my option that I take same order. And they made my coffee but didn’t give to me like for 10 minutes. I can see that my french vanilla is ready they just can’t pick it up and give.I mostly have to remind to give my French vanilla. Till that it gets cold.

Second day in a row and waiting for homestyle biscuit for 10 minutes. Store opens at 7 .. placed the order, got everything else was being told that don’t have homestyle biscuits ready yet if I wanted the English muffins.. Not a fan of English muffins so decided to wait but 10 minutes.. i think they should finish the baking before 7 a.m. because store opens 7 a.m. A bit disappointed

Very Poor communication skills, rude behavior, inconsistant beverages... You spoil your beautiful morning going here.. Very sorry to say that everything is gone wrong with this place!!! @ Owner, take necessary steps ASAP please. Next time CFIA for sure.
