Staff was not professional and caring. Also I ordered a croissant, it was stale, I feel like i wasted money on such a thing. At other locations I have had amazing croissants.
Very poor service
I had a really bad experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered two lattes and waited for 20 minutes. When I politely asked how long it would take, the lady working there didn’t even reply and made rude faces at me.
This isn’t the first time. Even when ordering just one coffee, you end up waiting 10 to 20 minutes and still get treated poorly. So disappointing.
I request Tim Hortons’ manager to talk to these ladies because it really needs to get better staff.
Careless staff gives ice coffee without sugar and ice 😂😂😂
I came in the afternoon and the girl with curly hair.
She was so nice and polite. I was confused with my order and she helped me out.
Worst service ever, girl is using her phone while making drinks and is getting angry on every customer like she is giving us food for free…
I am deeply disappointed with the repeated unprofessional behavior at your C Wing location. Today, when confirming my iced coffee order, your staff member, Arsh Brar, rudely asked if I was deaf. This is not the first time such disrespect has occurred, and it is completely unacceptable. If this issue is not addressed immediately, we will escalate the matter to the consumer court.
I visited your C-Wing location today and was extremely disappointed with the service. Arsh Brar displayed unprofessional behavior by carelessly throwing my food in front of me, making me feel disrespected. Customers expect courteous and professional service, especially when paying for their meals. I hope you address this issue and ensure better staff training.
I came at 7:30PM. Eveing team was good and they provide best customer service.

Very rude workers. They dont give you all of your items majority of the time, you have to ask again for your items. I've overheard one of the pick-up workers being rude to a customer because they picked up the wrong order on accident, the worker treated the customer as if they did it purposely even though they were trying to show their reciept. (from what I saw) I 100% understand why that person accidentally picked it up because again, sometimes they mess up your order and you need to tell them to make it again.
Now I really understand why they have low ratings and so many negative reviews. There needs to be new workers who are respectful, nice and can actually deliver you the correct items. Not sure why so many people are rude at this campus but it's not wonder people say not to go here unless your course is only available here.

There is a girl named Arsh Brar is very rude she don’t have sense that how to talk with coustmer. I was standing near the door in J wing’s Tim horton’s around 10:25 and she didn’t asked me to move just came to me said give me a side. Like what is this. I said you can ask nicely she said i did. She was showing attitude like if you are frustrated on work then don’t do it just stay home. You are not making money for us that you are showing your attitude like that keep it in your pocket.

The Indian lady and the 2 girls in the front of “C wing “ Tim Hortons are very rude. They won’t even smile at you or give a good gesture while order coffee or anything. Today morning, while ordering coffee the lady just scanned some other tim points card without even asking my consent for it. I was just wondering whose card it would have been. If u guys wanna scan your own card or any other thing just atleast just have a concern to inform people about it.
And the girl at the same tim hortons is very rude and throws tantrums usually when me and my friends order coffee in the college C wing. Wonder why these people work without any hospitality , even after getting paid for that. Totally disappointed.

I am buying Tim since 2011, never had an issue. but yes experienced biased behavior today. Most of the times I buy Chocolate dip donut and get in a paper bag. Always the chocolate gets stuck with the paper means no chocolate at all with donut at the end.Today a white man bought the same donut and got in a box , he was in front of me. I asked the for the same box and she asked for extra money which I gave.but this is totally unacceptable. All should get the same treatment. Just an advice, please give chocolate donuts in a box.

One of the Indian cashier at Tim Hortons scans her own points card when the customers do not scan theirs. One of my friends already told her to stop doing it, but she continues doing it.
