“I had a bad experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered two coffees, but they forgot to add sugar to both.” 13 July at 03:00 pm

All girls working, literally yelling at eachother, cannot even hear customer giving order. Made my order incorrect. Why are all the employees only female at this location?!

Every time I visit this Tim Hortons drive-thru, the experience is quite disappointing. The staff don’t greet properly—no “hi,” no warm welcome, nothing. It feels like they’re doing us a favor instead of simply doing their job. As paying customers, we expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when we’re coming regularly to buy food and drinks.

What bothers me most is the attitude of some of the staff, especially a few of the Indian girls working there. They speak rudely, without any sense of customer service. It’s as if they don’t want to be there at all, and they show it through their tone and behavior.

On top of that, there’s always background noise and chatter coming through the speaker. Instead of focusing on the order, they’re often busy talking amongst themselves, laughing, or discussing personal stories while customers are waiting.

I hope Tim Hortons management pays attention to this feedback. These employees should be trained properly on how to treat customers respectfully and professionally. Customer service is not just about taking an order, it’s about the whole experience. And currently, this location is failing badly in that area.

I really hope to see a change, because this kind of service makes customers not want to return.

Always a pleasure stopping by this Tim Hortons! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit.

Their coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the pastries are consistently tasty—perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. I’m always impressed by how fast and efficient the service is, even during the morning rush.

Another big plus is the plenty of parking available, which makes the whole experience easy and convenient.

Definitely one of my favorite spots for a quick pick-me-up. Highly recommended!

All I asked for is just a large cup of water it’s 34° outside but the reply I got was water can be bought with $.10. I had a very big respect for Tim Hortons and other food chains like Popeyes or Starbucks or KFC’s, which does not charge anything for water at least $.10 might not be much but drivers like me may carry $.10 or may not carry $.10 all I asked for is just out of thirsty. I’m really not blaming the front end employees who mentioned $.10 for water. I am just blaming the food chain or the store management alone Too much disappointed thanks
