Wow terrible what happened to this Canada Ontario company you would think you are in India what a same tims has become

This Tim horton don't prepare everything as they should. They made so many mistake when I go. Also the interact machine is so durty I could not belive it. My paypass did not work and I asked the women to clean the machine and she just passed a napkin on it.
The interac machine should be desinfected each day.

The bagel is burnt and they still serve it to me. This happens every time I order jalapeño bagel.

The customer service sucks , why are your cashier arguing with customers. Very un professional needs a new staff. Alot of ppl working there does not understand the culture of tim hortons. Do ur homework on the history on tim hortons and keep ur customer satisfy.

I ordered a bagel from this location with cream cheese. It was perfectly toasted and perfectly spreaded cream cheese on it. I love to visit this location often. Surroundings are very clean. Parking area is very nice. Great staff. Always greet with smile.

The service of drive thru is really fast it's good as well as today i order breakfast sandwiches it's good

When I tell you I work right around the corner from here and get a coffee and breakfast almost everyday and its perfection every time. The coffee is supposed to be brewed every 20mins like its advertised and I tell you it is! Fresh clean taste every single time, every cup. Never burnt tasting, never too little or too much sugar, its wonderful. Wish all the other tims were like this.

All girls working, literally yelling at eachother, cannot even hear customer giving order. Made my order incorrect. Why are all the employees only female at this location?!
