If I could give this place negative stars I would, I picked up and order at the Ashby location, I left the area because I was headed into town, as I was on my way, I realized that they forget a part of my order, I decided to stop by this location to get back the items I wasn’t able to get, I had my order confirmation, I had the receipt and I also had all the food that was part of the order, I came and I politely told them about the situation at hand and asked if I could retrieve the items I wasn’t able to get, I let them know I had the food and the receipt to show proof of everything. This woman didn’t even bother to really hear me out and immediately shut me down and said “we can’t do that, you’ll have to go back to the original location, it’s under different branches so there’s nothing we can do, I told her unfortunately I wasn’t able to go back because I was already far from the place, she proceeded to ask me to call the other location, I went off to call the location I originally ordered from, not only did I speak to an employee but also a manager, they told me there’s absolutely no reason as to why the woman at this location would be turning down my request especially since I had the receipt and everything, they informed me that the woman was completely in the wrong and that she should be able to give part of my order that I’m missing, I went back to the counter and told her what they said on the phone, you would think that me telling her this information she would just help me out instead she continued to deny it, it’s not until another employee came out and they started talking and then after they finally gave my order, after a whole 15 mins of standing there wasting my time, you give me what I came for, originally I thought this was just poor customer service but it’s not just that it’s complete racism, if i was a person that looked similar to them, I wouldn’t have had to go through the trouble I went through just for 2 damn cookies, but no it’s because I’m a person of colour which is why they felt they could disrespect me and make it seem like I’m in the wrong. Whatever you do never go to this location, not only do they not have basics items that every Tim Hortons has but they always have untrained employees that will waste your time over nothing, please do better because this is just disgusting, we’re in 2025 and there’s still racism going on, at your grown age you would think people would learn by now.

Best Tim Hortons i've ever been to. I've been coming here with my school mates for the past 3 years and have had undoubtedly the best service ever. Shoutout to Alan and the older lady at the front who have always been talking to us and being kind. Once i graduate i'll certainly miss seeing these workers after school but i'll be sure to come visit. I hate seeing all the hateful reviews that are certainly untrue. it's always the rude or disrespectful people writing these kinds of reviews. We're all human.
