What happened to Tim Hortons . The girl named Priyanka has to much atttitude and doesn’t how to speak with customers . She made the wrong order and when we told her to change she didn’t take back . If u don’t want to serve . Leave the job why showing your attitude to us .. very bad experience. I humbly request to Tim hortons plz change your staff or teach them to speak nicely with customers.

I visited this tim hortons on March 14 at 1 am.The girl at the window with spectacles I think her name was priyanka she was so courteous and provided so pleasant service.Her communication skills is outstanding.I really appreciate her service and will be coming over again.

Every time I don't check they screw me over. I ordered 4 coffees, they gave me the normal cups (likely they are keeping the roll ups for themselves). I ordered a box of mixed donuts, they gave me a box with no chocolate donuts of any kind. Check before you drive away!
Update: reached out to customer support as suggested by comment bellow, they responded saying that since I get a digital rollup in the app I shouldn't care about not getting it in a cup. They just closed the ticket.

I visit this location on 5 march around 1:00 am the girl name priyanka working there. She should really learn some etiquette on how to speak. I was just asking her about a food item and the answer she gave me ididn’t get it so i asked again instead of replying calming she totally snapped at me. I even told in person about my experience the next day but nobody seems to take any action. I don’t want to post it but it has happened multiple times. They should really teach their staff on how to talk with their customers only some basic speaking manners can do the thing but she lack even that. Even today while i was giving order she abrupt me in a very rude tone and she don’t even let me finsih my order. Lack of patience. I wish i could do negative ratings. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

good place to go. only cash open is for mobile pickup. misleading for customers. if you don't go to the cash .. no one will ever serve you. needs redecorating.. so customers know what to stand and wait in line.

Hi , i am baptized sikh guy and i am pure vegetarian. I visited today to grab tea and habanero veggie wraps . I clearly mentioned then it’s vegetarian. when i took bite i find chicken inside the wrap. Then i went back there again . Stupid staff , no professionalism, i don’t know how hard it is for them to listen to customers. So upset with their service. Avoid this stupid place.
