They advertise deals and promotions, but when you try to redeem them, the staff acts clueless or refuses to honor them. I showed them the offer on the app, and they rudely told me that it’s not working ' without any explanation. What's the point of having promotions if you don't actually give them to customers? Moreover i didnt finish my order but they start preparing it . When i said i want different item , they said you have to pay for first item which was not my final order.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for asking a simple question. No greetings, no smiles, just attitude. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like a burden.
