I visited this tim hortons today morning around 7:00 .She ruined my day .The girl infront named gagan served my farmers wrap .She was so busy in talking to their employees she never heard my order properly there was no sausage in my wrap .I paid for sausage farmers wrap .very disappointed never coming back.

Gagan manager don’t know how to behave with the customers I don’t which attitude she is having and blackmailing the boys that they send them the request and all that. She also said that she is going to call the owner and all that. By asking her that can you send us the proof or the screenshot she refused to give us.

Not at all good service . If they have three staff instead of taking order they are filling up their stuff when the line up is so busy . And chit chatting there . They took 15 min to give the food which was just a single order

Ordered 6 fruit explosion muffins. Only had 5. Added 1 blueberry. Tried to charge single unit cost each. Then tried to tell they were premium muffins at extra cost. Finally got the six pack price but charged me the old hst included price. They just increased the selling price instead of the tax credit. Really tried to rip their customers off. Not happy.

I did a mobile order for me and my husband because it's convenient on the way to work. But unfortunately, your employee did not corrected his/her mistake on the steep tea order. Obviously, the crew knew the mistake because he/she added a sweetener for me on the side with a stirrer.
We are on our way to work, so how do they expect us to put the sweetener inside the tea and stir it?
Please bare in mind what's the purpose of mobile ordering for those who has a limited time only to buy coffees or teas.

Too much bad food, recommend not to go there please, they r giving cold food ad half cooked food, when we say its not good, the girls are showing attitude and not accepting that. and rudely behave. Total money waste. It’s 3rd time with me .But again and again they disappointed
us.They don’t know how to make a bowl. For owner, please Train ur servers How to cook food properly and behave wisely.

I have no issues with this store, staff is always friendly to me, long lines, but I pre order from the parking lot, and its always ready when I walk in... not a fan of the petro though,,, but thats another review

My husband ordered french vanilla and the staff prepared worst that taste so bad and he throwed it. I suggest staff should be attentive when preparing something they are so careless about the demand of customer .
I visited today( 4th sep) around 8:00 pm to grab ice coffee for me and my friend. We have to wait atleast 10 minutes just for coffe beacuse 2 girl employees are very in their own gossips and doing their chores like clicking pictures of muffins as it is more important to send than attending customers.Even some customers left after waiting so long in line. Customer service is also really bad. Will never visit again .
