I am probably thinking this is one of the busiest tim hortons in brampton I am very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the staff today. Thank you very much to the manager and her fantastic team for the awesome customer service .Thank you very much ,I will return In the very near future.

I am a regular customer and wanted to say that this tim Hortons is my absolute favorite location, the staff are respectful, the atmosphere is also very nice..
I also wanted to add that the showcase of donuts and such always looks immaculate!
I also LOVE the timbit pyramids in the showcase. You are the only location that does it. It looks SO appealing to see when I come in.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the lady who served me!!! I asked her what the my order is right she said taste it you will know what’s your order is in a such a condescending way!!! Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour, do not know her name and don’t care , but she’s working at night shift on the 9th of may and approximately 10.45 pm … this is not the first time she’s been rude and disrespectful. I usually don’t post this kinda of reviews but the management seriously need to send her through proper training and customer service!! Never again !!!

Tim Hortons at Kennedy and Clarence st in Brampton is a bit busy but noticeably clean compared to other locations. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this spot for a quick coffee break!

The staff often come across as unhelpful and impatient, which is disappointing compared to other locations where the service is friendly and accommodating. The food quality here is also concerning — it sometimes tastes off, as if it’s been prepared alongside other items in a way that affects the flavor as if they are cooking or warming their own cultured food. On top of that, simple requests like warming an item are often met with resistance or attitude. Unfortunately, due to these repeated issues, I now choose to avoid this location.

I am appalled and disappointed to share my horrific experience at this Tim Hortons location. As you can see from the picture, I found a large plastic rubber in my coffee. Yes, you read that right - a rubber piece was in my beverage!
I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution when consuming drinks from this location. It's crucial to open your eyes and inspect your beverages before consumption.
*Be vigilant, folks!* Don't let your guard down, even at a trusted brand. Your health and safety are paramount.
