Not sure how these people get hired. Stopped here around midnight to get a French vanilla and she was cleaning the machine needed 30 min come back later order again machine still needs another 30 min. Why are you open 24 hours never have food never make drinks. Pls just close the whole establishment down. These people don’t even speak English or have any sort of customer service training. Just so confused.

Tim Hortons, congratulations — you’ve officially mastered the art of failing at the simplest task known to mankind. I ordered an Oreo Mocha Ice Capp, and what did your geniuses give me? A plain Ice Capp. Not even close. It’s like asking for a steak and being served a picture of a cow. Do your employees read orders or just stare at the ceiling until a cup magically fills itself? This isn’t a café, it’s a clown show in a drive-thru. Embarrassing, lazy, and downright pathetic.

Waiting in line, people just walked into the store and the manager served them first, I told her that I was waiting in line and she said next in line, that was my fault, and then she told me she was sorry that I was having a bad day. She’s rude and she had no business been a manager with that attitude.
I order five cup of cold coffee but they give me tray for four cup and fifth cup not satable when give. It dump on me. There behaviour is not good and she also give me only three strap with 5 cup

I am probably thinking this is one of the busiest tim hortons in brampton I am very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the staff today. Thank you very much to the manager and her fantastic team for the awesome customer service .Thank you very much ,I will return In the very near future.
