This place had got worse and worse over time. I had been very disappointed for few month, but today I decided never to go this place again. Coffee they make is like water contaminated with milk. No coffee taste or smell. I was given my order incorrectly. I don’t mind it. Mistakes happen. But the way they react I. Correcting was unacceptable. Very unhygienic and I felt like throwing up and ended up throwing away my coffee.

HI I won coffee in a roll cup , so when i went to the store to reedem for french vanilla the guy over there refused it he said it was only for tea ,but I already got same french vanilla from same store when I won last time either he do not want to give me or their staff do not have clear instructions. As far as I know I can redeem it for any hot beverage .

The staff are very rude. They don't like if we redeem the points or give them the raba groceries recept. Today I give 25$ purchase receipt from raba groceries to get a coffee they didn't accept it.

Worst staff and they don’t know how to make drinks their taste of coffees specially ice cab is worst as compare to other stores tim hortons inside city centre and other locations are good then why here is huge difference of taste in drinks please head office train them again they change is drink for me after arguing with me but again taste so bad may they containers are dirty where they keep coffee now i throw it in bin just waste my money
