The customer service at this Tim Hortons is absolutely terrible. The staff don’t listen, don’t care, and act like customers are a burden. When I brought up an issue with my order, instead of helping, they gave me excuses, brushed me off, and stared at me like I was the problem. Their attitude made me feel stupid for even asking a simple question.

There was no respect, no effort to fix the issue, and no basic courtesy. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and valued, but here, you walk away feeling embarrassed and disrespected. Truly one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

Worst Tim Hortons in brampton. The staff is straight up rude and unprofessional, especially the older lady in the glasses, who never wear gloves but gets upset when you ask her not touch your food without gloves. Do not eat at this location, very unsanitary.

Went in morning for my tea and breakfast, the steep tea pot had two timings one 7am and other 9:35 am. I went there after 10 so i requested whoever was making drink to give me the tea from bottom pot but he said i have to finish this one first. I also know FIFO but why would you serve something that was not fresh and expired almost an hour ago? The guy was so rude.

This is my nearest Tim Hortons, and I visit this location 3-4 times a day with my friends to grab a coffee or something to eat. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently disappointing.

Today, I ordered a steeped tea and a farmer's sausage wrap. While they quickly prepared the tea, it took over 15 minutes to get the wrap. When I asked the female manager about the delay, she told me it would take just 2 minutes, but I waited much longer. This is not the first time this has happened — long wait times are a regular issue here.

Even worse, the attitude of the manager is very rude. She doesn't seem to care about customers at all. Despite being a regular and loyal Tim Hortons customer who spends a lot here, I feel completely unvalued at this location.

There were 3-4 employees working at the time, yet the service was still extremely slow, and the coffee quality is often poor. It's frustrating, especially when I’m such a big fan of Tim Hortons in general.

Due to repeated bad experiences and poor customer service, especially from the manager, I’ve decided I will no longer return to this location — and possibly not to any Tim Hortons again.

I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service, especially the way they treat loyal customers.

This Asian man Filipino lady with black glasses named neneth is so damn rude. I placed order for my coffee and she was serving people on the counter based on asking them what’s your order and not going by the order list of who ordered first. After 5-6 people who ordered after me and got served first. I finally said what about my order and when I said I came before all these people you served, she lost her calm and started screaming at me saying I am the only one making coffee!! How is it my fault ? Hire my people get help! I paid 10$ for my order I shouldn’t have to wait and get yelled at in public because she chose to not follow the order list and giving out coffee based on who is asking for it!! If I kept my mouth shut I wouldn’t get my coffee for an hour! Terrible service. Terrible personality. Terrible behaviour. Such people shouldn’t be allowed to serve us food and make our drinks.
