I visited there today, I order one ice coffee and veggie cilantro wrap, service is very slow, workers are very lazy and miscommunication with each other, they were confused even with orders, they lady didn’t deliver the wrap after it was ready and just put it over the pick up counter and didn’t announce anyone’s name whose this was, after waited over 10 mintues I asked for wrap, they gave me the same wrap laying over pick up counter for over ten mintues, that was crazy and very poor service, I never had such bad service before

I ordered a chai latte specifically telling the guy that it comes with syrup already in it so give me a packet of sugar on side & they gave me chai black & it ws dark at night so i kinda burned my tongue with hot water not expecting or warning of straight hot water in there thinking its a diff. Drink. Took my order wrong & asked me to give a good review as a favour & i told her nom busy well here you go… u got one now thnks for almost burning taste buds
