Never order food here! It’s just terrible quality. There was nothing crispy about the crispy chicken here. Dog food tastes better than food at timmies. Total waste of money 🤬😖😡

We have to order in a electronic toten, and takes long to get your coffee (just 1 cofree).
All Tim Hortons apparently focus on drive-in orders more than dine-in customers.

We spent over $50 on wraps for a group of people.
The chicken was uncooked.
We had to throw out the wraps after just a couple of bites and we all still got salmonella. There were 7 of us and we all all very sick now, we should sue Tim Hortons for this.

This is not my first bad experience here. This is the WORST Tim Hortons location!!
The quality control here is terrible. And then the staff will argue with you if you try to tell them that. Another time, I got yelled at by a staff member because the Double-Double they made was sour.

There was a time when they gave me the wrong order and when I told them, instead of fixing it for me, they started to scream at me through the drive-thru window.

This location is a danger and should be SHUT-DOWN!

I went there today in the evening for a coffee and sandwich. But they gave me wrong sandwich. I asked them to replace and one of the team member said let me ask my manager. And they were making very weird faces when I asked to replace my sandwich. I asked for the manager and manager is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to handle customers. I don’t know why they hired such manager who don’t have any sense to handle customers. Please let your manager know how to provide guest service and how to behave professionally.

Today around 5:20pm, I went to grab a coffee while I was waiting for my bus, firstly nobody took an order for almost 10 minutes and when I checked with one of the team member she called Aman from inside to take order and she came and behaved really rude and unprofessional which was really bad and unacceptable, I placed an order for large black dark roast and asked her, she can please check if is it fresh ? Without checking and she immediately respond, YES. She gave me black coffee without sleeve and when I asked her can you please put sleeve on. She gave it to me, that was OK. But when I tasted my coffee it was not fresh at all and I can sense that bitterness and stale smell from the coffee. It’s really disappointing and unpleasant gesture. Please check and give fresh coffee to the guests and if u don’t have fresh please ask them to wait or take any other options.

I went through the drive through and got two orders of egg bites. Upon reaching home, I realize they gave me the wrong flavour although I know for certain on the screen it said bacon and cheese.

I drive back because I really wanted the bacon and cheese and asked if I can keep the two orders of spinach and egg because of the inconvenience (I had to make a 14 minute round trip). The manager on charge with a red sweater was like oh per policy i can't. I don't understand that, how you gonna give me the wrong order, inconvenience me and be like oh for policy. Like do it right the first time. I used to work at Tim's in Georgetown and we never had that policy, literally they would do anything to make the customer happy. So disappointed.

Cherry on top, the lady on food tried to give me someone elses order, they probably only realized it was wrong cause it wasn't a box. Weirdly enough whoever I called remembered my order but when i asked to speak to that person they were no where to be found smh.

DAILY issue with this tim's.

You need to improve your service, I payed for what I ordered so I should get it right the first time.
