I recently ordered a wrap at this Tim Hortons, and it didn’t taste the same as usual. I went back and spoke with the manager, and she handled the situation extremely well. She personally made a fresh wrap for me and ensured everything was done properly. Her attitude was kind, professional, and very customer focused. I visited there today, I order one ice coffee and veggie cilantro wrap, service is very slow, workers are very lazy and miscommunication with each other, they were confused even with orders, they lady didn’t deliver the wrap after it was ready and just put it over the pick up counter and didn’t announce anyone’s name whose this was, after waited over 10 mintues I asked for wrap, they gave me the same wrap laying over pick up counter for over ten mintues, that was crazy and very poor service, I never had such bad service before

Whole this location is in a busy plaza, I was in and out quickly. I picked up a couple of drinks only.
The service always worst. Owner should visit from drive thru after 11pm and see what’s doing there. According to me it will be shut down as soon as possible. Worst experience ever at every time i am living near this time horton that’s why i visited again.
