I ordered steeped tea TT it was cold When I asked her why my Triple triple steeped tea was cold, she said that it is because its triple triple. I told her that this was not my first time ordering triple triple, and she asked if she could microwave it. I replied that was fine, but it was stillcold, so she stated that there was nothing further we could do. Really disappointed

Terrible service at this location. They got my order wrong, then instead of fixing it, they tried to charge me extra. On top of that, the staff had a full attitude like it was my fault. Definitely not coming back if this is how they treat customers."Ordered fries, but I think they accidentally gave me a bag of gravel. Hard as a rock, just like the attitude of the staff. Wrong order, extra charges, and zero customer service.

Shame that when you order a product and it isn’t done right or entered in correctly and when I mention it but the employee gives you a blank look because it’s not on the order and just stands there. No time to argue as it’s busy and I have other options in the future.

This timmies is super slow and bad for getting orders wrong. They recently installed kiosks that they urge you to use but they have multiple issues.
For starters the kiosks don't list all the products they have on display (primarily donuts/muffins) which limits choices.
Secondly the kiosks don't allow for sauce substitutions on food items, you have to remove the standard sauce and add the sauce you want resulting in a $0.30 charge for adding sauce when substitutions are supposed to be free like they are at the counter.
Lastly the kiosks don't support scan and pay, only scans the tim rewards account but making you pat separately afterwards. If you have any offers on your tims app for bonus points for using scan and pay then you're SOL.
To top this all off even after ordering through the kiosk so the workers had my order on their screens to read i still waited 15 minutes to get my coffee made wrong because they ignored the instructions I selected.
I definitely will not be returning to this store and I hope to not see kiosks popping up at other locations until they upgrade them.
