I didn’t like the atmosphere at all the girls working up there are really rude and annoying when i was dumping my wrappers she just changed the bin and when i throw the wrappers she just make an annoying face towards me what the hell was it .

Bad experience, today i have ordered 3 mocha ice cabs and we have waited till 10 min for coffee and asked for offer so the girl working at this place on her night shift replied that we don’t have any food what is this ?? Seriously horrible she denied for offer as well as any eatable thing . She is unprofessional n rudely behaved with me..!!!

When to the drive thu yesterday at 2pm the girl was vvvvvvvv unprofessional, rude, arrogent snd litterly has no sense of customer service what so ever.
Not only she got our order wrong, when confronted she didnt even bother to apologize either instead showed care less Ness and had no care how she should behave after making a mistake.
I sincerely believe the management of this restaurant is sleeping as this was my 5th visit of this place and every time I incountered unprofessionalism, bad service, rude staff from the indian girls at the drive thru.

There are bums hanging out begging for $ comeing up to Vehicles as you go through drive-thru. This is not safe !!! You tell the workers and thay do nothing !!!! June 12 2025 July 18th update 2025 bums panhandlers are still in the front of Tim Hortons and the side asking people for money knocking on car doors in the Drive-Thru this problem is not safe for people and has not been fixed
