Very bad experience at the drive thru. I placed a mobile order. I come here 5-10 minutes later as I’m the only car pulling at the drive thru. They kept stalling time as they weren’t prepared for my order and now they’re telling me to wait at the parking lot… so I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru and another 5-10 minutes at the parking lot. and as well they were laughing and speaking Punjabi in the background as this was a joke and I felt like they were talking about me. Very weird and unprepared. Not only that, but the drinks also tasted very awful and rushed.

Today I went at this location for a coffee. But there were 2 workers (Girls), who were very rude and their service was really bad and then they refused to provide me the coffee and I end up leaving without it. I have never received this poor customer service in my entire life.

I would give 0 star if there would be an option. Service is worst, the staff should be trained how to treat customers. you can't understand the words they make the smallest attempt to say, when and if the coffee and food you order is editable it's a mess or cold, if you bring it to them stating it's wrong they show the attitude to you..

The lady her name is manpreet she is absolutely very rude when she give me order through the window I just ask to put more cream i already pay for extra cream but there is certain way to respond the customer it doesn't mean she behave me very rudely . On the 21st I wanted to order some stuff when I was passing your store but unfortunately they closed 10 min before 11 pm. I even park and went inside to see if there is somebody and they were inside with log gate and probably cleaning for the day. If my stuff will do this they'll be fired imidiatelly because its very bad for the business.
I just ordered Large coffee and small french vanilla French vanilla was not fresh was very weird in taste though seems like mixed with coffee.

They burnt some food and the whole place smelled like charred . The service was pretty slow unfortunately on this very location. Went to have a quick bite for a chilli soup but they told they don't serve soups and the menu is same everywhere so I should ask what they have and had to settle for a bowl and it was 3/4 portions size with lettuce not fresh and chicken soggy.

They always take a very long time to fulfill orders, every time it seems like they do it on purpose, these are all Hindu people, they are completely irresponsible, if you wait for an order for more than 15 minutes, it is inadequate
