I usually pick my morning coffee and breakfast from this location while going to work. Always had a good experience unlike today. The drive thru lady barely listened to my order and seemed to be in a rush while the drive thru was totally empty. When I got to window she was not even looking and passed the credit machine to me while I wanted to scan my card. When I asked to scan my card she gave me a disgusting look and again started ignoring me. First time in my life I eexperienced such hostile customer service. Will never go to this location again unless some action is taken.

Weren’t kind and we had to tell them 10 times that we wanted a hot chocolate and they start laughing at has for no reason I highly recommend not going to this Tim Hortons.

Called at 6:07pm to check the availability of an item as usual, the male employee did not bother to check, in a rude tone responded that they don’t have it so I said thank you and hung up. I am always greeted kindly over the phone and they check if it is available (if I’m lucky, there are one or two left at the time I arrive). I called 5 more times afterwards over the span of 8 minutes, allowing them time to serve other customers, and then attend the phone, but I assume the same employee had been ignoring my phone call. I get that everyone has their off days and you will service someone unkindly someday, or you may lie and say you checked something when you didn’t, but you should consider giving yourself a little break, or not be working in fast food if you cannot spare 45 seconds to check something in the kitchen. It sucks when you are a frequent flyer. If I am going to be ignored over the phone, at least try to not make it so obvious 😅

I love the cover top over the speakers... Just wish they put a cover over the pick up window as well for bad weather. I feel the employee was really rushed giving me my food. Had the machine out the window before I could even pull up and no eye contact confirmed I was paying via app.

I ordered today at 7:13 pm 4 coffee so the girl who took my order by drive thru was very rude . And we waited 5 minutes she didn’t open the window to ask wait , didn’t greet there was no any customer skills no smile on face . please teach your staff how to treat with customer and more respectful.. also didn’t write anything on the coffee to be specific….

One of the worst place as I went for coffee 11 pm and they refuse to serve and lady rudely said we are closed. As her shift was getter finish at 11pm. Not tolerable behavior. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

I recently stopped by this Tim Hortons location through the drive-thru on my way to work, hoping to grab a quick breakfast. I ordered a medium coffee and an everything bagel. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't check my order until I got to work, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with what I found. The bagel was quite burnt, even though I hadn't asked for extra toasting or anything special—just a perfectly toasted bagel. To make matters worse, the coffee was cold, which was not what I expected from a place known for its coffee.

The whole experience really put me in a bad mood, and I regretted choosing this location for my morning pick-me-up. I felt like I wasted my money on food that I couldn't even enjoy. I hope this was just an off day for them, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
It can be frustrating when a well-known brand like Tim Hortons doesn't consistently deliver the quality you'd expect, especially when it's something as simple as fresh coffee and properly toasted food. It's understandable to wonder why the original owners or the current management haven't taken stronger actions to ensure better quality control at all their locations. Consistency is key to maintaining a brand's reputation, and experiences like yours can really tarnish what should be a reliable part of your routine. It would be great if they focused more on regular quality checks and training to prevent these issues and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied.

Worst customer service ever. Lady at drive thru had no sense of wat even a customer service is !! . Throwing away your order!! So rude nd unprofessional.. Please make sure they are trained enough or have some basic sense of communication before putting them at front doors and ruining the customers day !! Worst tim hortons service !! Need some professionalism !! Never greet you and never say thankyou !! Worst service in Brampton.
