I asked for a cream cheese bagel and this is what I get. Tim Hortons one day won’t be around. They hire the dumbest people because they’re cheap labor. No one speaks English. This place fell off. One of the best franchises in Canada went to crap.

Feb 3rd, I ordered a wild berry lemonade on drive through and the stupid guy with specs gave me wild berry quencher, I repeated that I ordered a wild berry lemonade and all of a sudden they don’t have lemonade, seriously

I used the drive-through during my visit and didn't get all I ordered at once. The man attending to me pleaded that I go join the queue again to pick up my pizza bread (I guess it takes a while to prepare). I requested that it be brought to me at the parking lot, but he said they were short-staffed. A hungry me quickly joined the queue again 😆
