Bought coffee on 12th march and got a FREE object (some kind of Filter) dropped inside my coffee. Called customer care and also left message at the location for manager. No follow up from the customer care or the location manager. It seems they have lot of business and don't care for few bad customer experience. Didn't even get replacement coffee.

Been here a couple of times and every time they make my coffee either too diluted and they don’t know what proportions to make my coffees at all. Either it has too much cream or too much coffee or little ice. They need to work on their proportions. It’s not that difficult to make iced coffee. Workers need to learn on this. I remember how the quality of Tim Hortons coffee used to be significantly better, overtime it has decreased. I’m just disappointed. Stick to making coffee at home or find a different place to purchase ur morning coffee.

The vibe was very bad in there. Also there is no garbage and when I asked the lady can you please throw this out for me she said no. And I asked her if there is no garbage back there and she said no which is a lie. I’ve been working in kitchen for 6 years so if their no garbage back their i should be concerned what else they don’t have and just have the health board look into it but I won’t cause I know she just has very poor service skills and Tim hortons stands have drastically dropped after Covid I rarely come here because of it i usually go to Starbucks
