The girl ravneet has zero sense to be working at a place where you need to deal with customers. She doesn’t know how to talk to customers and her behaviour is very rude and arrogant.

Really disappointed with my recent drive-thru experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered three things and honestly none of them were good. My chai tea had no sugar at all, the lime bowl didn’t come with proper cutlery, and the potato wedges tasted old and reheated. they were so hard I couldn’t even bite into them. I ended up throwing the tea and wedges away.

The staff didn’t seem professional at all. They were not at all attentive. were working like they didn’t want to be there, almost like they were being punished. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience and a waste of money and time.

i came to this tim hortons to get a bagel on the way to work (jalapeno cheddar) and there was literally mold and dried up sprinkles from a donut or something on it. DO NOT order this bagel from this location or avoid the location altogether

I walked into Tim Hortons expecting a quick and easy coffee run, but instead, I got a lesson in bad customer service.

First off, I walked in and not a single person greeted me. No “Hello,” nothing. Fine, maybe they were busy, I thought. So I go ahead and order my coffee and a refill. When I go to pay, I notice she charges me for a regular coffee instead of the refill. I ask her if refills aren’t cheaper, and she literally rolls her eyes at me—like I’m the one being unreasonable. I’m all for a little sass, but come on, at least get the order right first.

That wasn’t even the worst part. While I’m trying to juggle my laptop bag, lunch bag, and sandwich in one hand, the barista asks for my cup to make my coffee. I give her my bottle, and she tells me to open the lid myself. I’m clearly struggling to get it off—how hard would it have been to just open it for me? But nope, she just stands there and watches me wrestle with it. I finally get the lid off, and THEN she offers to help. Like, really? Way too late.

All in all, this experience was just a mess.

Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons today. I ordered tea, but it was overspilling, super hot, and not mixed properly. Ended up throwing it away early in the morning—waste of money and a bad start to the day. Poor service
