I don’t often write reviews, but the Tim Hortons on Dixie truly deserves recognition! Every time I walk in, the team goes above and beyond. They are consistently accommodating, attentive, and genuinely friendly—always going the extra mile to make my visits exceptional.

i came to this tim hortons to get a bagel on the way to work (jalapeno cheddar) and there was literally mold and dried up sprinkles from a donut or something on it. DO NOT order this bagel from this location or avoid the location altogether
I walked into Tim Hortons expecting a quick and easy coffee run, but instead, I got a lesson in bad customer service.
First off, I walked in and not a single person greeted me. No “Hello,” nothing. Fine, maybe they were busy, I thought. So I go ahead and order my coffee and a refill. When I go to pay, I notice she charges me for a regular coffee instead of the refill. I ask her if refills aren’t cheaper, and she literally rolls her eyes at me—like I’m the one being unreasonable. I’m all for a little sass, but come on, at least get the order right first.
That wasn’t even the worst part. While I’m trying to juggle my laptop bag, lunch bag, and sandwich in one hand, the barista asks for my cup to make my coffee. I give her my bottle, and she tells me to open the lid myself. I’m clearly struggling to get it off—how hard would it have been to just open it for me? But nope, she just stands there and watches me wrestle with it. I finally get the lid off, and THEN she offers to help. Like, really? Way too late.
All in all, this experience was just a mess.

Very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons today. I ordered tea, but it was overspilling, super hot, and not mixed properly. Ended up throwing it away early in the morning—waste of money and a bad start to the day. Poor service

Big up Natasha and her team!!! My sausage and Egg Sandwich was fireeeeeeee! Double toasted just right and simply made to perfection. Thanks also for the recommendation, I now am team cold brew - vanilla flavour. I should try the others. Service was so fast and I was greeted with a warm morning hello. Best drive through experience by far.. if you're in a hurry, but need your meal done right - go here. I'll be back!

Charges $1 for herb & garlic cream cheese that’s fine but I asked if she can put the cream cheese on both sides the lady states I have to pay extra???!? who wants cream cheese on one side of a bagel & then started giving attitude while making it such a shame Tim hortans used to be amazing with great customer service service you don’t find that these days anymore across all locations

If u want to eat disgusting bugs then tis place will serve you ! She squash the bug and said it wasn’t a bug ! Yuk I have videos and evidence ! It’s was so nasty and tis place need to shut down and those ignorant workers need to be fired ! She didn’t wash her hands after squashing the bug and then asked me if I wanted a bagel lol umm maam yuk ! U nasty ! Listen go In to bebey gunja there are somany videos ewwwwww yuk nasty

One of the rude and worst customer service, the lady who was just standing for the drive thru and talking to her fellow mate when no cars were there at all. No courtesy, no professionalism, no manners. Whoever is concerned, teach them what customer service is.

Every time I visit this store I got ice coffee having different taste. Sometimes with syrup sometimes without syrup. I am Confused that what is the standard of ice coffee.

Everytime i go to this place, i hear the same thing - We are out of it. How can tim hortons be out of coffee. It’s been 3-4 times that i have heard the same thing. Their customer service is really very bad. Now i prefer travelling a bit far instead of going here.
I'm the regular customer for this location. My work is nearby so I order everyday almost for $5 to $20 at this location. I got the wrong order several times and bound not to come back at the same time as the break time is limited to 30 minutes. So today when I got the wrong order (Mocha Iced Cap L) right away, I couldn't get back to the tim hortons as my break time was ending. At that time, I called Tim hortons that I had order (L Ice Capp with extra cream) and the staff asked me to come after my work at 5pm right away and mention and I'll get the right order. The staff was extra rude to me giving me warnings that they'll need receipt next time for the order. I agreed, but they were extra rude to me and talking to me like I was liying about the same. We pay a lot of money for our lunch and being a regular customer getting accused like that is a big thing that hurts and not acceptable. The staff name who was rude to me a lot was (Oops Sorry! They didn't provide me with the name) It was on Monday, June2 at around 05:35pm when this Supervisor was extra rude to me. I request to the higher authorities of this Tim hortons or maybe the owner to please look over it as there is a thing called Customer service. A lot of people might be doing fraud but when it comes to that I'm right and a lot of people might be right, then it is not acceptable. Please fake a action on this. This time hortons will hear from my lawyer. I'll sue the Tim Hortons for such a disheartening act.
