Visited this location at 3pm on Sunday when there's barely customers. And I repeated my drink to whoever was taking the order three times she did not punch what I said and was doing something else samething at the window I had to repeat my order three times, I literally said what I want six times and still they gave me a wrong over sweet drink which I never drink and I had to through it in garbage. Please listen to customers while they're telling you what they want.

I come to this location because Pratick and Selvi always make me feel welcomed and valued! They already remember my usual order and smile warmly when seeing me everyday. Pratick also remembers to add a sleeve to my cup and asks if anything else is needed. I totally recommend coming to this location, they are fast friendly and welcoming! ^_^
