Whoever takes your order in the drive thru is disrespectful and doesn’t know customer service. You’ll ask for one thing and she says “ok drive up” instead of asking if i want anything else. Doesn’t tell me my total when I ask for it. Have to take longer at the window because i’m scramming for change. Says “ok bye” and yells out “NEXT”. Terrible customer service, and to top it off, 95% of the time my order is wrong or they didn’t get half of it.

Just got a double double coffee from here at 12:05. Did not add sugar to the coffee. I tried stirring it hoping there would be sugar the bottom.
My favorite Tim Horton! Early morning/afternoon/evening/late night/rain, snow, extreme cold or heat...none of these wipes the smile off of these staves and the energy never goes down...when shift changes the next workers pick it up with the same speed the previous ones left!!! Koodos to the entire team!
