Words cannot describe my discuss of how i was treated today and for that unless im in desperate need i will not be returning to this location. Did a pickup order through drive thru only to find out they gave me the wrong order and i had already reached my destination. So i called the store and someone picked up and i started explaining the situation to see what todo not even minute in did the person hangup on me. Then i called back the same person picked up and began to explain again. In the end i went back to the store for my exchange and owner contact info and was denied that but will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Meera is a very friendly staff. My kid wanted a biscoff but it was run out by then. She checked with us if we can wait for a couple of mins on seeing my kid frown and grabbed it hot from the oven. Appreciate her warm gesture ❤️

This Tim Hortons location is by far my favourite, and it’s all because of the incredible employees who work here. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles, friendly attitudes, and genuinely amazing customer service. The staff is always patient, polite, and quick, even during busy times, and they consistently get my order perfect. You can truly feel how much they care about their customers, and that makes every visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated and kind — without a doubt the best employees around and a true 5-star experience every single time!

Worst customer service ever. The staff clearly has no idea how to treat customers. They literally threw the quencher and straw at me, as if I was getting things for free. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable behavior. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Crazy ! Teach them about customer service a bit .
