It was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a hot chocolate and when I received it, It was nothing but water mixed in chocolate. To make the matter worse, the order I received was cold. It was hard to enjoy anything when I felt like it had been sitting out for ages. I expected a warm and fresh hot chocolate, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and underwhelmed. Moreover, it was not the first time. I turned a blind eye when it happened before but it just continues. Hot drinks are served lukewarm and are not up to the mark and also are tasteless. I hope this location can improve its service and get orders right in future. Until then, I will be thinking twice before returning.
Like seriously, they have the worst hot chocolate ever. It is not hot chocolate, it is just chocolate mixed in water. It is tasteless. The only thing a person wants in the morning is that their morning drink should not be ruined. And this is what we get from here. Even in my previous review I stated my disappointment. Still they did not do anything about is. It is disappointing. I am adding a picture of my hot chocolate and this is what it is.

Really disappointed with service Order Coffee got cold tea.

I ordered here multiple times and I am always disappointed. The staff don't know how to count. I bought a dozen donut and I get 10 pcs. It happened multiple times. I ordered 1 large coffee, the staff doesn't even speak English properly and cannot understand English. The staff are so slow, unhygienic people and they keep on talking with one another like they don't give a darn of their work. Communication is hard for them to work with since they don't mostly speak English and rely to their associates to assist you. The manager should do something to fix the issue in this branch. They associates are lazy, unhygienic, rude, and untrustworthy in terms of handling the food for customers. It's a shame that tim Hortons went down the hill. And P.S. new staff should be trained how to count and how to interact nicely with the customers.

I would like to rate 3 stars , I ordered plain Bagel with hashbrown just toasted no butter, lets first Appreciate you as Bagel was perfectly toasted and hashbrown was fresh (5 stars) for that but hashbrown was not cut neither the bagel, as per standard yes, it should be cut.

I never got declined at any tim Hortons in Canada to make my food under timies standard but Tim Hortons employee had no idea what they are doing and made my sandwich super spicy(look at picture, spice dripping) that I could not take a bite, and declined to make me new one with less sauce. Thank you
