The staff here are fantastic. It was the midday rush on Labour Day and both the drive thru and in-store lines were long. But it moved fast and Lourdes who took our order was very sweet and cheerful. And the food came out surprisingly fast and was very fresh. They operate smoothly like a well-oiled machine here. Thank you!

Were should i start. As you come in the front door garbage can is overflowing. Washroom needs to be clean & serviced. Speaking of service seems quite slow compared to just weeks ago. Tables need to be cleaned, had to litterly clear my own table. Waiting for my order litterly took 15 minutes from when it was placed. Seems there drive through gets all the attention.

Kiran was amazing, she misunderstood what i asked for when ordering but was sp patient and respectful with out geting overwhelmed or frustrated when I tried to explain it to her apologized and then corrected my order. More tim horton employees need to be like her. Great job Kiran😊

We visited Tim Hortons on Tuesday, August 19 at 7:54 PM. The girl at the counter was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to customers. She didn’t even repeat our order. The girl who handed us the order was wearing glasses and had no manners at all. We ordered 10 Timbits, but she rudely gave us only 9. When we asked her to repeat the order, she replied in a rude tone that we should get it repeated at the place where we placed it. There was also a guy there, and we told him not to show attitude and to behave properly. The staff clearly needs proper training on how to talk to customers and treat them with respect. I don’t think we’ll be coming to this Tim Hortons again.

Not good communication with customer becoz I am taking coffee with Tim Hortons aap offer and there was network connection and she rude that u want to pay or not….its like insulted. June12,2025 3:00pm
I visit Tim Hortons almost every day and absolutely love their coffee! It's always fresh and just the way I like it. The staff is friendly and quick, which makes the experience even better. Definitely my go-to place for a daily coffee fix.

Went through the drive through with my mother this morning. There were no cars in the line so we took our chance because this place is usually packed. Not only was the staff so friendly and polite this morning, but the food was literally put and correct within a few minutes. It was such an awesome start to the morning. The young lady on the speaker was super nice and pleasant and the young man at the window was as well. They really are killing it today and it just made my morning! I hope they all have a great day!

Can someone explain why my bagel with cream cheese would have a chunk of pineapple or whatever the hell this is. My sister brought this home for me and I am absolutely disgusted. I called the Tim hortons and spoke to manager Haley. Obviously everyone has no idea how this got into it but to tell me to come in and they’ll make me a new one. Why would I come and eat there?!
