For the past few years I have been buying Tinnels patties which are delicious! Today I decided to buy an oxtail meal. The rice and peas was good the oxtail tasted ok, but was also a disappointment. There was bones with no meat on it, peices of fat and some was cooked and some peices were well hard. Needless to say I will not be buying that again. I called three times with no answer. Just a voice msg. saying they are not taking calls

I bought a box of frozen beef patties at no frills and deceided to have some for dinner that night i was violently ill ...i have eaten this brand for years and never been ill till recently but after talking to a friend i find out him and a friend of his have been ill on the same product....wont buy them again and i threw out what was left ...big wate of money

39 Kennedy rd Brampton- The amount of beef that are in the patties have significantly declined, barely have any meat in them, might as well start selling the patty shells by itself. The interac reader is sensitive and only accepts tap in a specific spot. I was tapping trying to pay for quite some time. Instead of the two women at the front offering me assistance, they stood watch and talked amongst themselves. Laughing and giggling. Finally I tapped in the right area and one of workers said to her coworker “she finally figured it out”… I guess I should not expect more from any middle-aged looking woman working a low-minimum wage position. A cashier/runner position meant for a high school student, not the looks but they sure had the mentality of one. First point of contact, having people like this working at the front counter will be your downfall.
Based on a recommendation to check out this place and the service was terrible from the front staff. I didn’t realize I had to keep my receipt, threw it out and when the number was called, i indicated that I threw it out and said sorry. I got an eye roll from staff and was handed my food. Can’t comment on the food also keeping it satisfactory. Not a welcoming environment at all as a new customer who only came because a colleague referred this place

Awful service & unethical standards.
Came in earlier today to buy 12pack patties for me and my co-workers. I asked for 6 chicken patties & 6 beef patties. I asked her to mark them as well.
My coworkers can eat beef, but I am a Hindu, and CANNOT EAT BEEF!
The server packed all the patties together in a box, all mixed, and they had no marks to identify what is what. When I got to my office, all my coworkers who ordered chicken or beef had to individually break the patties to identify them.
In the mix of things, I took 2 bites into a patty ONLY then finding out ITS BEEF. I feel so disgusted for even accidently breaking my religion values because the co workers working behind the counter are too lazy to mark patties apart.
Even the girl behind the counter was not even audible, because of the loud fan, I had to ask her to repeat herself several times and even then, it sounded like mumble.
Awful service & no ethical standards.
