Nasty counter staff. Rude, as ever, serving what they think is a great pattie! Try Randy's way better stuff

Best patties in Brampton ! And the choices of drinks are endless.

Not much spice not much flavor. Barely any filling. bought the frozen box but this is not great even for frozen..

Purchasing a beef patty from Tinnels is a waste of money if you enjoy flavour and seasoning in your patty. The temperature was nice and hot, and it had a great crust. But the filling? A huge disappointment. Customer service isn't all that great either.

Unprofessional and rude? Sounds like the food quality took a vacation too!

Food is always 10/10. Service in the past has been attrocious and I always regretted going there. The food was so good, I sucked it up. I do recommend everyone who like patties to go there because I love to support local. I do appreciate that when I brought in my 76 year old Mother-in-Law this time, they treated her with kindness and respect. There was a man who was harassing us to purchase his mixed tape who was standing outside and then followed us into the restaurant. The staff didn't do anything about this. The side counter was spread messily with promotional materials. I do appreciate that they are supporting community events, but it made it confusing as to who was waiting for food, who had received their food, and what the information was there for.

Vegetarian options: Favourite veg patties HANDS down.

Their vegetable patties are made with beef suet in the pastry so beware if you are a normal person that a vegetable patty would be vegetarian. Also lady that works there is quite rude.

Hands down, the best Jamaican soups at a reasonable price. If you like Manish wata it's served every Friday.

The flavors are there but the pantys are dry with little filling … every time I get food from there, which is not that often anymore and I love soup, they only ever have Manish water Which is fine. The flavor is decent, but my soup. This time was full of potato no meat no nothing.
And the staff was very rude to my son.
You guys need to do better … There are way better, Caribbean and Western Indian restaurants to purchase food . I’m gonna say . My family and I are fed up with quality and the rude staff πŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌπŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

There is nothing worse as a white person walking into a black establishment and being so disrespected, and treated rudely. I've been going here for years. The food has gone downhill immensely. They serve stale vegetable with the meals. And the amount of meat inside the patties is ridiculous. The service is bad, the 2 ladies that take orders at the front are beyond rude. They have the utmost respect for any Jamaican person that walks in there, but every time I go in there, their whole demeanor changes. I said thank you when I got my order, no response, no nothing, but a turt back. Do better. You're working in customer service? You must learn to be respectful.
