Bought the frozen Tinnel's parties from FreshCo. and they are definitely not the same as when you buy patties from the store on Eglinton. Most of the patty shell 's are damaged. Not great at all if you microwave them.

🤔I don't know, if management has changed hands at Tinnels. I went to buy Curry chicken, and On arrival there, at about 1:30 PM, there were only 2 cars packed in front of the restaurant and one on the side of the building, which was unusual at such a busy time of the day. I went inside and only 2 people were ahead of me. I asked for curry chicken, but was told only curry goat and so I ordered it. On arrival at my home, I opened the box and to my surprise, it was a pale curry stew with mutton in on rice and peas. Not the usual flavourful curry goat, I am used to abs no crowds. I had to get to my stove and burn curry powder, season it with all the necessary missing ingredients and spent another half hour trying to make the meal palatable to my taste. Not going there anymore, until I hear, the food has improved. 🙆♀️

I purchased a Box of 10 Spicy Beef Patties From Loblaws and found 7 out of 10 Beef patties Damaged. There were holes cracks in pastry and the patties were not closed. This will be reported to the Loblaws Customer service..

I am completely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. They secretly charge a service fee when you pay with a debit card, without any disclaimer or warning on the payment machine. This feels deceptive and dishonest essentially charging customers without consent.
The food itself is overpriced for its quality, and based on this experience, I will no longer be supporting this business.
To the management: transparency matters. To the staff: some of you could greatly improve in customer service and basic courtesy, like greeting customers properly.
I’m considering filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau for what I believe is a misleading and unethical practice.

The customer service is so bad, the staff behind the counter always look upset and annoyed. It's extremely off putting and uncomfortable. The patties are OK, its a hit or miss
