Tonino's Pizzeria & Panini

I work for Uber delivery. When I arrived to pick up the order, they told me that they would not give the order without a thermal bag. I went back to the car, took the thermo bags, and received the order. Good. BUT AFTER ME, 2 MORE GUYS CAME AND ALSO WANTED TO RECEIVE AN ORDER. ONE RETURNED TO THE CAR , BUT HIS BAG WAS 2 TIMES SMALLER THAN A PIZZA BOX , AND THE SECOND GUY WAS GIVEN AN ORDER WITHOUT A BAG . THE QUESTION IS WHAT CRITERIA ARE BEING SELECTED . BY AGE , BY BEAUTY , BY NATIONALITY OR WHAT ???????

The Wings are the best in the game. 2+1 lbs on Uber/Doordash deal is killer. They have limited sauce options but they have the important ones, honey garlic, bbq etc. The wings are perfectly cooked, big sized roasters. cant go wrong.

I have to start by saying that this place is a gem. I live in Wasaga Beach, was visiting in September. I went to Tonino's for dinner. Had the veal sandwich.. Heavenly... During this visit the staff were incredible. Talked to us like we have known them all our lives.
It was so good I went there today to get 4 orders to go. I brought them home for a few neighbour's.. by the way they thoroughly enjoyed them.. could only eat half each as the portion was large..
The staff today were also amazing. From the second we walked in until we left. The woman who took my order also treated us like family.. Thank you Selena. I needed 4 veal on a bun, but all deconstructed. They went above and beyond to accommodate my order. Selena was very professional, courteous and fun to be around.. smiled the whole time. The guy in the back packing order was great too. He came out and spoke to me to confirm what he was doing in order to pack my order. To ensure it was done to my liking. I didn't catch his name. [Sorry]
Also, Emma came out to speak to us, come to find, my friend and her were at the same wedding a bit ago.
So cheers to Selena, Emma, and all the staff in the back.
You can be very proud of your work ethic and your performance..
So, I can end by saying I highly recommend this establishment.

Wonderful Confirmation Lunch at Tonino’s

We had our children’s confirmation lunch at Tonino’s, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and so accommodating for our family. The food was amazing as always, with every dish tasting fresh and full of flavor. Tonino’s helped make a special day even more memorable, and we’re truly grateful. We highly recommend it for any occasion!

Absolutely garbage undercooked horrible pizza the wings were burnt with a dusting of parm cheese the pizza was raw and the sauce disgusting I ordered on skip took well over a hour for food i wouldn't even serve to my dog

Ordered the Garlic parmesean wings and they were soo good. So crispy, cooked perfectly and amazing flavour! Very juicy and flavourful veal sandwhich and great lasagna! Had an amazing meal and they provided such great service. Definitely would come again.

I recently ordered pizza and wings and was blown away by both the food and the service. The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavour, and the wings were cooked perfectly.

What really made the experience stand out was Cassandra. She was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond. She even called to make sure my order arrived on time and exactly to my liking. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience feel personal and appreciated.

I went in on a Saturday and Cassandra gave us the best service, so I had to come and write this review. The food is amazing and right up my alley. You can tell everything is made with care, and the atmosphere makes you want to stay longer. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
