We had an amazing experience at Tracks Brew Pub! The service was absolutely outstanding, and our waitress, Kim, truly made the evening special. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure our group had everything we needed.
We showed up with a group of ten, and we were welcomed warmly and served pleasantly the entire time. The food was fantastic — everything came out great and everyone in our group loved their meals.
Kim really made it a very enjoyable time for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Read several great reviews but we were disappointed. We went before a show at the Rose theatre, arrived before most people going to the show. There might have been 5-6 other tables. We ordered drinks and food. Unfortunately the food took quite a while to arrive and when it did, every meal was cold. Couldn’t wait to have the food remade. Just for reference, the majority of the tables filled up when we got our food, so there was no reason for the cold food. Men’s washroom was not clean and the toilet had a sign stating it was out of order. Restaurant was very cold due to the glass enclosure area.

I enjoy visiting tracks for their friendly staff & warm atmosphere. We hosted boardgame events at the pub and everyone loved it. A few sections have larger tables nut dimmer lights which is not suitable to boardgames due to incandescent light bulbs. Other areas have better lighting but smaller tables. Unfortunately, there are very few vegetarian options that are healthier

Had dinner there last night with five friends. Took over an hour to get our food. Caesar salad was romaine lettuce with olive oil.. No seasoning no flavour.. just lettuce with olive oil and a few croutons. Chicken fingers were dry. Greek salad was the same, just lettuce with some onions and tomatoes and peppers and olive oil. No proper dressing on either salad. We had to go to the bar and get our own drinks because our waitress was not around. I know this restaurant gets good reviews, but we just were not happy at all with the food or the service.

We went here last weekend after a tough hockey loss for our son. The lady behind the bar was amazing. She interacted with us like she had known us for years. Put the trivia on the TV to distract our son from his misery and he was much cheerier by the end of it. She didn't have to give us that attention but she did! We had a wonderful time. The home brewed beers were good and the cookies and cream cake was amazing! I would go here again and again for the service level. Thank you for being kind and giving us a good laugh.
Disgusting food. I saw a cockroach on the wall. The owner is a rude old man who said we should eat here anyways. Do not visit this restaurant.

Every time I visit family in Brampton we always make a point to have dinner and drinks at Tracks at least once! If you go during the week you’ll find the atmosphere is sophisticated and intimate, love the dimmed warm lights and if you get a spot by the fireplace you can count on a very romantic feel. If you’re into a more lively atmosphere then I would check them out during the evenings on the weekend or when they have an event going on! The staff make you feel like you’ve always known them, they always do a great job looking after our tables, and it doesn’t hurt that they’re always in a bubbly mood! Tucked away in the downtown right by the Rose Theatre, a great spot to try if you haven’t already!
