We just dropped in for some appetizers. Justine was amazing., So friendly and helpful always came to check up on us. Best service we've had in a long time.

Our server Rebecca was AMAZING!!! The food was okay but I’ve been here many times before and it’s always a welcoming and positive atmosphere.

Extremely slow service, within 1 hour we only had been served one drink and no order taken.
Asked for manager, and he asked what the issue was, told him and he came out with my drink quickly but the rest of my party was left waiting.
Have been to this location before and it was never that bad and when we arrived at 630pm, it wasn't that busy.

Still Terrible experience.
Absolutely no service. Had a party of 9. Waited for 30 minutes before I went in search of a server. Drinks took extra 10 minuted (most cokes and water plus 1 beer) another 5 minutes before someone took out order. 45 minutes later, still no sign of either food or waitress.
Maybe could understand if it was busy but it wasn't.
Decided to leave. Talked to the manager but he didn't seem to care. Told us food was going to be right out but said that without even checking.
Just said they were short staffed.
Got the feeling from the servers and management that they did not care.
Usually like turtle jacks (always had a good experience at the Courtney park location)
Would not recommend this location. Management just doesn't care.

Not because of the ppl working but the staff is short and it makes everything slow. Sitting here with7 full tables and one person serving and the same server is the bartender.

Though I forget the name of it. The cheese dip was yummy.

First time dining at turtle jacks and everything was amazing! Our server Harleen was very welcoming, knowledgeable,and enthusiastic. Love her energy and her vibe! Thank you for making our night special!

Just amazing. Honey garlic sauce was great. Our server was so nice and funny! Dessert was soo amazing no matter what you get.

Went here Saturday during the day to enjoy the patio and I had ordered the blackened chicken dinner for my main. Once arrived, my chicken was just OK in taste, the steamed vegetables were nothing but maybe two green beans, two small pieces of red pepper and maybe some chopped up asparagus, which was nothing compared to other steamed vegetable sides. My chicken was on a bed of rice and the rice tasted awful.. absolutely no flavor, tasted really bland and boring. If I could compare it to something, it would be uncle Ben’s packet of rice. I didn’t want to complain because I was in a good mood plus we had gotten two appetizers - a plate of chicken wings, and three cheese dip also two cocktails and a pitcher for the table of 3. Overall experience, I would give it a 3/5, my main dish I would give it 2.5/5. We spent around $215 in total and I don’t think I’d come back to this location because we were not impressed. The only plus was the server, she was really sweet and attentive!

Our first time going to Turtle Jacks, overall it was very good. Lots of seating, I guess because it’s Sunday it wasn’t busy so our service was fast. We tried an amazing chicken roll appetizer. My wife had the salmon was good and my grilled cheese braised beef sandwich was a little heavy with the arugula but was good.

We went on a weeknight & we all had the Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. The fries were phenomenal. I asked them to use mild sauce on mine and it was perfect. My friends felt there's was too messy to eat with hands so they used a fork & knife instead. Mine wasn't messy at all & I would order it again in a heartbeat.

The wait staff were attentive and made sure we were well looked after.
