Turtle Jack's Brampton (Airport)

Our first time going to Turtle Jacks, overall it was very good. Lots of seating, I guess because it’s Sunday it wasn’t busy so our service was fast. We tried an amazing chicken roll appetizer. My wife had the salmon was good and my grilled cheese braised beef sandwich was a little heavy with the arugula but was good.

We went on a weeknight & we all had the Buffalo chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. The fries were phenomenal. I asked them to use mild sauce on mine and it was perfect. My friends felt there's was too messy to eat with hands so they used a fork & knife instead. Mine wasn't messy at all & I would order it again in a heartbeat.

The wait staff were attentive and made sure we were well looked after.

This is an upscale roadhouse restaurant and a great place for lunch or dinner. The interior is upscale and comfortable, with subdued lighting and a reasonably quite environment. The menu is quite extensive with a broad range of choices in my opinion. We had lunch here and it came out hot and tasty. The servings are quite generous and so I had to take some home. Our server was Leena. She was exceptional and enthusiastic and really aimed to please! We now have a new favorite place to go!

Had an amazing lunch today at this TJ’s location. The staff are always friendly, and our server Leena was amazing. We have seen her many times before, she is so pleasant, friendly and professional. A real asset to this organization. Wings are always the best around, especially the NY butter! Thanks to Leena and all the staff, will be back again soon! ?

Worst Food, worst service, and why are the workers partying during working hours? Is this a club?

As far as our experience with the food, we ordered nachos and the server forgot the guacamole. For mains, we ordered tacos with cheese and then they forgot the cheese. They were all busy with their friends and not attending to the customers. When we asked for the bill, we had another 30 min wait because again the staff members were busy with their friends/colleagues.

Save your money, go to Montana’s instead.
