I placed an order at 6:45 PM and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived and confirmed my order, I was told to wait 5 more minutes, but I could see my order was just being started. After another 15 minutes, only half my order was ready, and I was asked to wait 5 more minutes, which turned into another 15. In total, I waited 45 minutes for my food with no apology or acknowledgment for the delay. Very disappointing experience, especially after being given an initial pickup time.

Today I pick Lahorie fish but they give me fish fried full with oil and no marination of Lahorie fish, I call and they apologise. Before that in September also complaint for preparation and they assure me no complaint again but today again this happened. Please think about this.

This fish is not cooked. You can tell even from the color of it and taste horrible. I can literally taste uncooked “vesan” off it.

I ordered the food and lady on call said that they will take 20 minutes, then after 25 minutes i visited the store and she said you have to wait for 5-7 another more minutes. But they gave me order after 25 minutes. They wasted my time; as they are very unprofessional. Very bad service.

I was there regular customer but they don’t need regular customer . Always order by phone 30 min before have to wait for order 20 min at shop. Many time they give you wrong order. Really worst experiences. Will never recommend any or visit my self.
