Ordered through DoorDash. Driver said they gave my food to someone else. I spoke to the “manager” at Wendy’s she said she couldn’t re make the order because someone with the same order number picked it up, while my driver was waiting for the order the whole time. They screwed up and made me contact door dash. I placed a new order with different items and they gave me a melted frosty (which was in my old order), a JBC when I ordered a Dave’s single, all cold sitting there for the past 2 hours , and a bunch of missing stuff. Unacceptable. Food made me feel sick after.

Check the Wendys website before heading to a Wendys restaurant. Was very disappointed that there was so few Frosty flavour options vs the website. I assume the U.S Wendys is where I can find a pumpkin spice Frosty. Canada…. GET MORE

Drive thru - person taking order couldn't understand ....repeated myself several times to be clear or she just didnt know what a single burger meal no cheese meant. Burger sloppy and cold.... over priced garbage! Likely food sitting there for a long while, as staff likely dealt with delivery orders...not cool. Wont be going back to that location.

I have been standing here for 15 mins waiting for a dine in order, of which I was asked 3 times what I was waiting for. While they scramble to ensure their delivery orders are taking care of and now they sit there and go cold while I wait for my dine in order.... where are the priorities for customers in the store?
