One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Drinks were handed to me poorly secured, spilled immediately, and instead of fixing the issue, the manager accused me of doing it intentionally. That accusation was disrespectful and ridiculous.
The staff showed zero professionalism or accountability and had a nasty attitude from start to finish. Customers shouldn’t be blamed for employee mistakes. I will be finding out the manager’s name and filing a formal complaint with corporate about how this situation was handled. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated badly.

I stay nearby and I usually take ice coffee from this location,and I always request for a straw since I have an issue in drinking from the tumbler directly and they always refuse,how come one location is offering straws and one not,please look into this matter thanks

The food is always fresh here. Its like everytime I order its well-done but they get served so fast. Don't know how they do it. Really fresh and juicy burgers. Drive thru is always fast , Drive thru girl took my order very nicely and manager served me food and they give napkins and utensils. Fast service and top quality.

Went there to get food around midnight. They took my order however appeared to be upset that i ordered. The worker at the drive thru told me since i ordered so late they would have to make my food fresh… isnt it always supposed to be fresh?
After my order the worker told me to go park in the parking lot and come back after 5-10 minutes. Once i came back the worker seemed even more upset thst i had returned. She handed me my food which appeared to be tjrown in the bag and was missing the sauces i had asked for.
Not sure what the managment is hiring but if you dont want to work at a restaurant that has to serve people quit. Me or my family will not be returning to this location.

The restaurant is always spotless, from the dining area to the washrooms, which makes a big difference. Service is super quick, and the staff are welcoming every time. Shoutout to Barminder and Manjot—they’re always polite, hardworking, and make sure everything is done right. You can tell they really care about customers.

I’m a truck driver, parked safely and walked up to the drive-thru after waiting behind all the cars. Still, the staff refused to serve me just because I wasn’t in a car — even though they saw me waiting the whole time and served others who came after me.
