Im actually disgusted at my recent experience in this location. I ordered a Daves single with a Caesar salad on the side instead of the fries. I got home and started eating, Im done 3/4 of my salad when at the bottom of the salad i notice a clump of something, i look closer and its A CLUMP OF HAIR. i immediately call the location and they told me to bring it back, which I did. upon arriving there i showed them and even they seemed disgusted. I told them i had to discard the rest of my meal as i wasn't sure if it was contaminated with whatever this was. They offered me a poutine i said okay sure, after handing me the poutine i asked them about the refund and they said i can either get the poutine or a refund, not both. I took the refund but I mean what a lovely concept right? you take back a NASTY food item that can potentially give you FOOD POISIONING and THATS WHAT THEY OFFER? luckily i snapped pictures of the salad because i will definitely be reaching out to customer service letting them know of my horrible experience.

Very fine food but not as much variety as I’d like. They’re reliable, quick and professional. Also, I just wanted to say that you guys did not do the Krabby Patty justice. It’s your worst burger and while I didn’t expect you to get it perfect, this is a huge disappointment and a shameful attempt at one of the most revered dishes of all time. Mr. Krabs definitely scammed you guys…

I understand why people are against hiring foreigners, no customer service and attitude! To think putting a few packets of hot sauce would be a simple task but not here. Even though the person who handed the bag said they forgot to add the hot sauce the girl working at the window chose to give me that bag while laughing and saying have a great day. Not getting hot sauce isn’t the end of the day but what’s upsetting is the lack of respect for the customer, her job and professionalism towards her job. It wasn’t even as if there were 5 cars behind mine, was only car there. Please hire someone with better work ethics.

This resteraunt should be be reported to the food inspector for numerous violations pertaining to hygiene while handling food and the ack of an overall cleanliness. Service is horrible, under staffed. I had to wait 10min just to get the key to the public wash room. Do not eat here. You have been warned.

Worst customer services ever, I placed my mobile order prior before reaching the location I got told to wait in the front watching the drive thru line 4 cars pulled up ordered and got there food whiles we waited and still nothing almost 15 minutes waiting I had to walk in and inquire and nobody had my order even going just 3 women standing in the kitchen talking, then got mad when I asked for my order, this happened at 10am today Student visa’s are running out and thank god this was the worst service ever….update opened the order and this is how my wraps are wrapped….waste of time
